Posted January 8, 2006 yeah im sure it is but i dont each much fruit normally, so at least i get it that way rather than just more sugar & preservatives added onto the amount of crap i eat. Posted January 8, 2006 I used to only drink fizzy drink, my dentist told me if i didn't stop i would damage my teeth for life, so i stopped, i only drink it at my friends house, but other wise only drink water or pure fruit juice or milk etc. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

You do not need to inject insulin when you have Diabetes Type 2. You need to cut down on your sugar intake.
