Can barely remember making any resolutions in the past so maybe this will help "next" year...

But yeah, pretty mediocre year for me...

Changed Uni course in Jan from Multimedia Games Design (New eye prescription every 3 months from 9+hrs @ a monitor? No thanks.)

Started Careers Guidance in September (And I love 70% of it. Theory is boring, pretentious bullshit.)

Worked part-time in ASDA all year. (Shite and just kept myself to myself.)

Broke up with fiance of 3yrs (Shitter but not so bitter after I found out what a psycho she really was!)

Back started killing me in March...Got final docs appointment on 30th Dec (!) having seen physio since. Doc wants me back as they just can't figure out what's wrong. I say stick bastard needles in my back! ANYTHING!

Hope to socialise more this next year. Could lead to some lady loving. Not fussed at the moment.

Suffer less or no back pain every God damn day.

Join the gym (when back improves) to get more meat around these bones.

Graduate and find a job in either a college/school or Connexions branch.

Maybe move away from the desolate, poor North East.

Start looking at getting my own place when working. (I've done this before so know the headaches involved!)

BRING ON 2009! : peace:

This year has been pretty bad due all the stress at work that I've had to go through, but it's had its great moments. I'm really exhausted after everything thats gone on this year and I'm welcoming a fresh start for 2009..

To do list for 2009:

- Go to see blur perform live in Hyde Park! I'm going to make it a 2 day spectacular:heh:

- Try and go to some warm up gigs around the country

- Take up a martial art, although I'm not sure which one yet..

- Take up another language. I'm thinking of taking up Japanese again as I've already studied it for a year and did really well in my exams (96%). Maybe I'll take up Cantonese.

- Run a marathon (no training required for this)

- Buy another Wii (I know that they're going to announce a black one right after I do)

- Read more. My life is very full, but there are so many stories that I want to read.

My Year was good. I mean I didn't really do anything and times seemed to pass. :) I turned 18 which was the highlight of my year! Otherwise my year stays on a constant and it has done since 2005 probably.

I guess I wish I did better than I did in my AS levels but I'm making up for that mistake in Jan so s'all good. That is about the only thing that has gone wrong for me this year, which is nothing to complain about.

Ooh yeah I had a brief go at a Job which was pretty fun and I reckon I'm getting less awkward and shy in nature. I'm happy with myself this year as oppose to last year where I wasn't sure. I've found myself and the only thing I'm going to tweak for next year is to be kind to those who do not like me as oppose to tackling them face on fight fire with icecream!

It worked last year. : peace:

Next Year is my year though definately I CAN FEEL IT IN MAH BONES.

2008 not so great, 2009 MY TIME TO SHINE!

It's really nice reading the great stuff everyone's been up to this year!! And for the rubbish stuff I guess the best thing to do is just move on from it and hope for a good 2009!

My year, well insanely busy recently, lotsa learning about sound recording and editing which is fun (and hard work)!

I've had some bad spots like everyone but some good times which I'm really thankful for :yay:

I don't like going into too much detail, it's weird looking back on the whole year and too much for me to think about so I'm jus gonna head into 2009 with a hard working attitude (3rd year at uni and two shorts to create...ahhhh!)

2008:

- Turned 19

- Passed Driving test

- Passed AS levels (Not fantastic BCCC, but i was only afew marks off in each subject by making them alot better ABBC)

2009

- Get thinner (Do-able)

- Get decent A Level results, i don't particually care what i get, so long as i get into Uni.

- Have a good time on the little holiday with some sixth form peeps next year

- Find a sexy lady (I've said this every year and it's never happened, so my hopes are not high)
