Esequiel Posted December 12, 2007 Posted December 12, 2007 Im still waiting for your confirmation email so i can join Club Nintendo. I have sent 4 emails so far about this, this will be my 5th. Surely you can send me a link so that i can activate my account, i have my Wii and 4 games to register and was looking forward to getting some of the useless rubbish you have in the catalouge. Im going to start sending an email every hour to get this sorted, i just need my account activating. I know im using the correct email, i checked the forgot password option and had my password sent to my email address. I cant understand why my confirmation has not been sent. Regards Aaron Cooper -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Wonder if that will work, they dont want me to join the club do they
Guest Jordan Posted December 12, 2007 Posted December 12, 2007 When did you send your first? I work tech support, sometimes it can take a couple of days because everyone is so busy. Not to mention its nearly Christmas so people will be taking holidays. Also, check your spam, it might have dropped into there. Don't hurrass people, it just pisses them off.
blender Posted December 12, 2007 Posted December 12, 2007 try threatening to go to their office with a shotgun.... that always works for me

Noodleman Posted December 12, 2007 Posted December 12, 2007 The reply probably has to be translated into 7 different languages first.
Patch Posted December 12, 2007 Posted December 12, 2007 The reply probably has to be translated into 7 different languages first. LOL! Brilliant!
Shorty Posted December 12, 2007 Posted December 12, 2007 Try using a different email address? Perhaps your email client is blocking them completely.

AshMat Posted December 12, 2007 Posted December 12, 2007 Here's an idea, every 5 seconds send an email. Wait.. no, that IS what you're doing.
Esequiel Posted December 12, 2007 Author Posted December 12, 2007 Ah come on im not sending them every 5 seconds. The company i work for has a similar thing, people set up accounts and have to activate the account by clicking on the link sent to them in an email. It does happen when there is maintenence on the site that email addresses dont get there emails sent out to them, a quick email to us and we can do it manually. Thats why its frustrating because i know that it can be done in 5 seconds. Also i tried registering with a different email address, but it now says that the Star card has already been used. If it was just a game or something i wouldnt mind and would just use another one, but i registered with my Wii and and dont fancy loosing 1000 points >.<
Eenuh Posted December 12, 2007 Posted December 12, 2007 Just wait a bit longer; it usually takes them a couple of days to get to your email and send a reply (at least it's that way with the belgian part of the Nintendo site).
