It will be home to some of the worlds most extreme activites, from a see saw ride over the top, to a the UK's Highest Bungey jump. All in one city, Birmingham. The British city of entertainment. So what will it include- Tower Rides: The Giant Drop - an 8 person free-falling lift that drops 95 metres into the base of the building. This will be the tallest free falling lift in Europe; The See-Saw - an 8 person vehicle which plummets over the edge of the tower at 125 metres; 20 Flight Trainers - interactive joystick-controlled capsules which spin around the building at a height of 110 metres. Extreme activites: The Walk of Fear - allows you to walk around the outside of the building at 115 metres, The Climb to the Top - allows you to climb to the top of the tower and have your photograph taken against the city skyline; The Sky Jump - a 100 metre high speed descent, controlled by a super fast winch, which gives the jumper the experience of free falling; The Bungee Jump - the UK's highest controlled Bungee jump. The base of the tower will include restaurants, retail units, educational facilities, a 250-bedroom hotel, a rock climbing wall, the lift boarding platform and ticketing booths. It would slam into peoples minds that Birmingham=awesome and would become a distinctive architectural landmark which at the moment Birmingham lacks a bit (at the moment I can only think of the Bullring).
