harribo Posted November 2, 2005 Posted November 2, 2005 yeah it is yet to score in his first 2 games but we are desperate for striker so much so he started his first game after 1 ttraining session with us I think(nearly scored in 6mins) hopefully he might be abkle to open his account against Derby as at hillsborough on Saturday.
Ramar Posted November 2, 2005 Posted November 2, 2005 Who's the striker? Is it Gabriel Agbonlahor? I heard he went on loan somewhere and I'm sure it was Wednesday he went to. Yeah it is Agbonlahor. Edit - Curses you beat me to it.
Roostophe Posted November 4, 2005 Posted November 4, 2005 Agbonlahor is only a reserve. Of course he's only going on loan to Wednesday and teams like them so he can get some first-team action. He's good, he's scored a lot of goals in reserve, but maybe Villa feel he needs some first-team action in the lower leagues before they give him a chance in the Premiership.
harribo Posted November 5, 2005 Posted November 5, 2005 yep and he still hasnt scored yet thoughafter he went off Wednesday made an unbelievable comeback to win 2-1 against Derby.
Charlie Posted November 5, 2005 Posted November 5, 2005 Rangers drew with Aberdeen at home today Still in 4th place Celtic will go top if they win tomorrow. Good news alround
Stocka Posted November 5, 2005 Posted November 5, 2005 Arsenal seem to be back on form Van Persie is starting to show his talent, him and Henry seem to work well together. hope United beat Chelsea tommorow.
Roostophe Posted November 5, 2005 Posted November 5, 2005 Well done to Newcastle. 1-0 winners over Birmingham City. Colchester destroyed Leamington 9-1. Minnows Burscough beat League One's Gillingham 3-2.
Noodleman Posted November 6, 2005 Posted November 6, 2005 Colchester destroyed Leamington 9-1. and bloody Match of the day showed one of our goals

Ramar Posted November 6, 2005 Posted November 6, 2005 Man Utd with a good 1-0 win over Chelsea. Means we keep our 49 games unbeaten record. Nice one.

|Laguna| Posted November 6, 2005 Posted November 6, 2005 Next Chelsea game is Newcastle, at The Bridge. I say Newcastle have a good chance of getting at least 1 point out of it with Owen sharp and Newcastle putting a good set up results together. Could be interesting. Could be anoder Chelsea loss. WOoo Man U got Charlton after the international break, has come at a good time for them, Neville should be back. Hopefully Man U will be trashed. Nothing better than at team thinking they're high an mighty for beating Chelsea and then getting a good humbling by a lil team.
Kav Posted November 6, 2005 Posted November 6, 2005 Well I think a draw would've been a fair result but you don't always get fair. United played the better in the first half. Second half Chelsea dominated but couldn't produce the final goods. All in all the thing that annoys me most is that the majority of my friends are united fans and now I'm getting a barrage of txts... bugger!
gmac Posted November 6, 2005 Posted November 6, 2005 Yay the hoops are back on top of the SPL, easy 3-0 win over Falkirk takes us back top on goal difference over Hearts and 12 points clear of the Gers
Stocka Posted November 6, 2005 Posted November 6, 2005 Well I think a draw would've been a fair result but you don't always get fair. No you can't always get fair, that isn't how football works. Man Utd took their chances and Chelsea didn't. And I remember wigan dominated Chelsea but still lost, so its about time they lost 'unfairly'....even though I personally think it wasn't unfair and Man Utd played a hell of a lot better.

Kav Posted November 7, 2005 Posted November 7, 2005 So erm, remind me of how the Premiership is looking at this moment in time... Thanks!
