Shorty Posted January 29, 2007 Posted January 29, 2007 I'm guessing you meant 1.0E, and you can add the following games that I have booted with no problems SSX On Tour (USA) X-Men Legends (USA) Soul Calibur II (USA) Naruto: Gekitou Ninja Taisen 4 (JPN) My freeloader also crashed twice the first time I tried to use it, but never has since.
ghost_zero Posted January 29, 2007 Posted January 29, 2007 Good, if it is v1.0E. Because I soon will get Baten Kaitos Origins and I need that one working, of course
Teppo Holmqvist Posted January 29, 2007 Author Posted January 29, 2007 I'm guessing you meant 1.0E Yeah, I meant 1.0E. Fixed that. Also added some confirmed titles from NTSC-UK's side.
Shorty Posted January 29, 2007 Posted January 29, 2007 For the games you have had problems with, have you tried booting an old freeloader using the new freeloader, then going on to the game?
ghost_zero Posted January 29, 2007 Posted January 29, 2007 I couldn't use old Freeloader to test unworking titles, because I had borrowed it to my brother. So... I guess no... @Shorty: Have you done this for "Naruto: Gekitou Ninja Taisen 4 (JPN)"?
nkarafo Posted January 29, 2007 Posted January 29, 2007 Hey Teppo, I have Freeloader 1.0E too and I believe you remember my old posts about the incompatibility. I find it weird for you not having problems. Try Naruto GNT4 (JPN), skip the fmv intro and press start to select a game mode. In that moment, my wii freezes. Test it to tell me if you have the same error. Thanks.

I just forgot to delete "I got Freeloader" today comment from my first post.
ghost_zero Posted January 29, 2007 Posted January 29, 2007 Baten Kaitos Origins works just with v1.0E (you tested it)? So I don't need to boot the old freeloader through new freeloader to get Baten Kaitos Origins to work?

Hellfire Posted January 29, 2007 Posted January 29, 2007 Naruto 4 works? Great. Guess I'll buy it next month or so.
Shorty Posted January 29, 2007 Posted January 29, 2007 I didn't go past the FMV to actually trying playing Naruto GNT4, crap, I'll try that now, then try by loading a 1.06b if it doesn't work. Update in a mo! Edit: Right, Naruto: Gekitou Ninja Taisen 4 Crashes using the new 1.0E but If you use the 1.0E to boot the 1.06, then GNT4, it works fine
Kurtle Squad Posted January 29, 2007 Posted January 29, 2007 It still dodges up sometimes with the older Freeloaders too though....I got that "OFF" error even when using the 2 Freeloaders after being on the menus.

AshMat Posted January 30, 2007 Posted January 30, 2007 So you have to sue a freeloader, then use a freeloader, then the game.. every tyime you want to play it?
Teppo Holmqvist Posted January 30, 2007 Author Posted January 30, 2007 So you have to sue a freeloader, then use a freeloader, then the game.. every tyime you want to play it? Sue? *calling Phoenix Wright* Heh, seriously, yes, some games require that. Those games that are listed under "works" play without using your old Freeloader.
demonmike04 Posted January 30, 2007 Posted January 30, 2007 Well im simply gonna fuck all this hassle and keep my Gamecube out as I will be buying some import games that never made it here.
Teppo Holmqvist Posted January 30, 2007 Author Posted January 30, 2007 Well im simply gonna fuck all this hassle and keep my Gamecube out as I will be buying some import games that never made it here. It isn't really hassle for me. All of my NTSC games work except for Geist and Army Men.

pedrocasilva Posted July 13, 2007 Posted July 13, 2007 *thread ressurect* Seems like Starfox Adventures (USA) is incompatible too. EDIT: And... 1080° Snowboarding (USA) Wave Race (USA) Zelda Master Quest (USA)
