How bluddy lucky is this guy?

An Oasis fan enjoyed "the best day of his life" when Noel Gallagher popped around to his house in Cheshire to play an intimate gig.

Ben Hayes, from Poynton, won a Radio 1 competition to have the star play in his front room as part of week of gigs compered by DJ Jo Whiley.

About 15 people packed into his lounge for the tiny gig - with his mother on hand making cups of tea for the crew.

"I've seen Noel playing a few times but today was so special," said Whiley.

I can't believe how lucky this guy is. :(

I listened to a bit of this whilst driving this morning, the guy sounded like a dork. Lucky sod.

If i had to be a dork for a day, just to have Noel Gallagher playing Oasis choons in my living room (avec my mum making a cuppa tea), i would do. Without a second thought.

I say we hunt this guy down.

Me too. I wonder if I could coax him to play some Wii.

I'd love the Ordinary Boys to play in my living room, if there was a competition for that, i would've entered.

There was. But I think you went to their house or Prestons instead.

Noel was the only one that went to the winners house.
