I think the problem with it for me was that I was playing Guitar Hero then stopped to try out the BBR demo and it was just lacking in comparison. Still, it's saved me 800 points for maybe next weeks game!

Played Boom Boom Rocket the other day: 1. It's DDR without the dancing, Guitar Hero without the guitar 2. That's stupid

The problem is, when Nintendo start releasing original titles on the VC then all dicussions about them shouldn't be in the Retro board as they are brand new. I say create a VC board and then rename it once Nintendo give us details about how the Original Game download stuff will work to include discussion about VC games and the Original games. Edit: While we're at it, create sub boards for Xbox and PlayStation in the Other Consoles board, there's a nice little community there.

Those Guitar Hero Song packs I mentioned earlier in the thread are available now. 4 quid a pop is a little steep so I'm sitting them out and hoping they'll reduce in price when I get bored of the on disk songs.

Yeah, that was my point, therefore I reckon the X button isn't used for the shield grenade and trip wire things as Moria suggested. Probably wrong though, usually am.

I assumed that they would just be types of grenade and so thrown in the same way as a regular grenade

I've completed Halo 2 but not Halo 1, I think I finished the library but a bit after that I was fighting off a load of those zombie flood things and got bored as it was dark and i couldn't see where to go. Thinking back, is it just me or is the whole Halo storyline a little... bad? The premise of the big floaty ring in space is pretty cool but I couldn't tell what the bad guys were saying in any of the cutscenes in Halo 2, and what was the deal with that Little Shop of Horrors talking plant thing? I hope it's improved in the third one. Multiplayer was always fun though.

That's all that's required to plug the headset in though, I imagine the square inputs are for the keyboard insert so aren't needed once the keyboard is actually plugged in. Been playing TMNT the last few days, it's a definate renter as I'm almost done with it. Pretty decent little game though. But if i'd payed £40 for it I would probably be a little pissed off.

I like the low power download functionality, will save a lot of electricity in this house!
