I'd recommend Call of Duty 2. I really like it so far. Not had much chance to play it other than the first 3-4 levels.

I don't really like using the LB and RB buttons in the game, but apart from that I thought it worked really well.

I know I didn't know you that the add on packs aren't add on packs in the usual sense of it ie. Oblivion add on which is just something that adds to the already full game... but it is in fact things that you have to pay extra for the full game. It's ok, but to be quite honest it's not worth the money charged. I'll pay whatever they ask for Worms though :p

There's a cave you have to go through in the main quest that has vampires in. It's likely you'll get the virus and then I think it's actually a side quest to cure it. I recommend doing so because my problem was that I thought I could get through the main quest and sort it out later. D'oh.. I actually got to a point after the final oblivion gate where I was just stuck and couldn't geet out of the light and thought I'd utterly fucked my game up, and I ended up having to drop every item I had and run for it, then I had to hide in someone's back room fighting people off with a dagger in the hope that I'd get enough health back, and the time of day would pass so I could go back out and reclaim all my stuff.

Unfortunately, if I load my game, I die because I'm a vampire in sunlight. I literally got the achievement for getting the the end of the main quest and died. So I need to create a new character. Have you got CoD2? I don't have 3. And is anyone else up for it?

I need to do the side quests in Oblivion. People always talk about the 70-80 hours Oblivion stole from them and I've only done the main quest and it took me 14 hours something. I think I need to start getting more from games, rather than just moving from one to the next. Going to start with Hotel Dusk and Call of Duty 2. Anyone up for a Live night next Saturday? playing a couple of games rather than just one? I'm thinking some of the more popular ones like Gears of War, PGR3, Call of Duty 2/3 (I don't have 3 but meh...).

Agreed with the wierd name, but I always thought UT on the Dreamcast was actually really good, with the exception of the online mode that got cut at the last minute. I'm just starting to get into FPS with Halo and Call of Duty 2 so I'm quite looking forward to this game.

Since I imported it, I should probably take Hotel Dusk off my list. replace with PGR4 if it's not already on there. In fact, screw the list, I want too much.

I'd probably just hope Worms on 360 would still get a release. Then I'd probably go back to bed.

I should probably pick up one of those actually. I do think the main thing with the PS3 price is that it's all forced on you straight away. Even though I'd end up getting it all anyway, like I have with 360...

I loved Oblivion, I'll definitely go back and do all of the side quests once I finish Zelda and a few others I need to get through. I nearly didn't get it because I didn't think it'd be my kind of game, but I was so wrong. In case you didn't know Daft, if you go on the map or something like that (it's one of the menus) you can set the next objective as a marker ad that wil show on your compass then. It's very useful, as the game world is massive. You can also fast travel to places you've been to, to save walking miles. I didn't know these in the first 2-3 hours I was playing and enjoyed it a lot more once I found these things out.

As far as I know it is, so I look forward to a few online games with whoever else is picking it up. Picked up Tomb Raider and Call of Duty 2 today, played the demos to both and liked them so hopefully I'll enjoy them, if not I didn't waste too much money.

I was a bit rubbish at first but got the hang of it. Kicking the basketball for a pass is cool as well. Really looking forward to this. What are you meant to do when a player kneels down and it comes up with B over his head? I know it's one of those cool dunks, but if I press B I just shoot. Wow, I'm surprised at how good that looks. Might be yet another in a long line of games I've got to get this year.

I've seen it on On the Spot and The 1UP Show and it looks excellent, totally understand what you mean by videogame rather than sports game. Looking forward to playing this.

I'm selling GRAW, I just can't get my head around controls, and I just generally suck at it. Shame cus I do really like the idea of it. Definitely a game where I can see why it's rated so highly.

My desk is the crappest design ever, can't work on it, it's mostly just for sticking crap on. Got Macbook, iPod, Phone, some games I'm selling on Ebay, and my Wii, which has to be there due to the rubbishness of my room and it being just about big enough for me to live in. Also have a freeview box and a +44 cd. Just noticed the damp up my wall. Lovely.

Me too (if you're talking about Worms). I love Worms. Can't believe I don't own a version of it.

Same here, I use Windows for work 8 hours a day, and don't like it, and I also used it for 10 years. I've had a Mac about 5-6 months now and I love it. I'm not a 'fanboy' I just simply like one thing more than the other.

I earned that ages ago mate. Anyone going to pick up NBA Street in Feb/March whenever it's out?
