You can apparently only sign up if you're in the US or Japan? I was having a look and you have to select the country you live in but only those two options were available.

You'd be surprised at what you can do in a short amount of time with a team. Even just one season of development and saving up funds will allow you to buy a couple of strong players for the next season to help you compete. With such a young team it will be a while before you're able to compete with teams in the middle and top leagues anyway so a few seasons developing in the lower league is exactly what you need to do. Winning matches isn't the only rewarding part of this game, at least not for me anyway. If you can develop a team of 18-4s into a strong team of veterans there's a lot of satisfaction to be had in that. I understand if you want to give up but I hope you stick it out and develop your team into winners regardless of how strong your opponents are at the moment.

A few managers weren't too happy with it overall so probably not. Maybe for our 50th season! We can always do a cup in the off season but we never get the interest. @Tales I'm sure it won't be long before your team is ready to dominate once again!

SLAM! The barman placed my drink in front of me and I lost my train of thought. I'm not sure I wanted to remember it anyway... I took my time to enjoy the bourbon as I had managed to calm down on my own by now. I looked around the bar, taking in the atmosphere and the clientele. My eyes settled on a man sat at the other end of the bar. His hair was windswept and his face was red. I looked down to his shoes and saw a final clump of snow drop into a small puddle of water under his bar stool. I caught his eye and his reaction told me everything. This was the man whose footprints I had followed to get here.

It felt like hours before I reached our meeting point but I know it had only taken one. The snow and the cold had made it a difficult and perilous journey. As I approached the small, isolated cabin I felt relieved. I could see a warm glow through the windows which meant the fire was roaring. Not only would it be warm inside but it meant she would be in there. I waited on the door step for a minute but again it felt like hours. What will I say to her? I thought. Somehow I summoned the courage to go inside and the door creaked open as soon as I touched it. The interior of the cabin came slowly into view as the door opened and I couldn't believe what I saw... she wasn't there

Yeah you're in a very unfortunate position now, sorry about that My only advice is to keep your head up. Playing against stronger teams gives you better match experience even when you're losing so play a squad for DV and keep form up with training and you should have a good season even if you don't win many games. Next season the strongest teams will be gone and some weaker teams will filter down from the middle league so it should be more manageable. @dan\-likes\-trees fantastic post dude, you've done a great job there maybe it would be nice if you posted it on the xpert forum too for the new teams to see how involved we can be? Or I can post it if you like.

I watched series 2 on Netflix some time last week and thought it was brilliant. I watched them all in a row and had to laugh when I went downstairs and saw my stepsister sat in the front room, TV on, laptop on and doing something on her phone.

You'd have to watch it muted to make it even half way tolerable
