Ok, seeing as the uk is being completely ripped off (we're paying much more for the Wii than every other country), I'm looking into importing. I've never imported a console before though so can someone help me out? Where are the best places to import from? How do I do it? Do I have to convert my money before paying or can I just pay in pounds? And any other information I'll need please

It would be brilliant if the Wii could come out in Europe before December, I imagine it would be harder to buy if it came out close to Christmas because of parent's buying it for their kids. I cant see it coming out before Nov 19th here though I hope I'm wrong.

Also it was cheaper to get the ds through the stars catalogue which means you may be able to get one extra game at launch if they decide to do the same thing with the Wii. Not sure if it was 5000 stars but it was a lot

Maybe they'll even have a deal where you pay £100 and 5000 stars and you get a Wii at launch or a few days earlier. They did it with the DS and luckily I had enough money to take advantage of that offer

I hope Golden Axe and Altered Beast do turn out to be available at launch. I'd buy them straight away, brilliant games.

Both classic games. I used to love messing things up in Mission Impossible.
