Rez: He looks like he might want the lens flare to extend beyond the border of the image. It's hard to tell that that is what they are

Mixtape II: Judgement Day. Closed and dated.

Rokhed: I'd like to tell you that i think you've gotten boring. All you ever talk about is fetishes, and it's just predictable and repetitive. There, I put it out there! -
Isn't there already a OoT vs Twilight Princess thread here? EDIT: Yes. Yes there is. Awesome.

Well typically, I'll dance to anything if pissed, and often it's best done to floor-fillas and the like with a group of mates. I find that most alternative/rock clubs try to cater for too wide an audience, and thus you'll only hear the chart-friendly songs released by your favourite bands. Thus all the bopping scenesters. Which pisses me off.

Well all that's stopping sylar for now is his inability to recreate Ted's nukem doo-dah. Potentially he could 'heal' it back, but I believe that he's 'forgotten' how Ted (et al's) brains work, so he can't actually do those tricks anymore, until he finds them again. But realistically, season 2 didn't give the future Heroes episodes much to go on. I mean, each season so far has been pretty self-contained so we feel as if we're learning about the show's direction from scratch for the first half... Of course this season is meant to be a continuation, but we all know it's not.

Does this mean disbarred from just florida? I get the impression that could be the case.

Bandits was better than I thought it would be. The 'romance' ruined it, but the general charm and rapports between the characters outweighs the shallow nature of the movie. Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance blew me away. Will be watching the next two in teh trilogy tomorrow.

'kin hell. So apparantly I'm allergic to something. Got to the societies fair at 9am, prepared to juggle my face off for six-to-eight hours in an attempt to coax in some new members. Instead my face decides to swell its own way off my head! Within ten minutes my lips and eyelids were swollen and numb, and my tongue and pallet were too big for my mouth. I was freaking out so I went along to the doctor's office -- I never bothered signing up with them when I first got here -- where they were making me wait while my tongue started swelling and numbing more and more... then my nasal passage went numb and I was struggling to breathe through my nose... so I went to reception and said something like "gnurse, by dose... nn-I gand breev broberlee..." and they got the hint that this was a bit urgent. So of course, I'm at home now, having stumbled my way to boots and then home again, like some quasimelaphant boy. Strangely... Er... I think I look more attractive with my lips swollen! lol... Seriously, there were several girls checking me out on the way home for way longer than the usual visual perusal. Of course they could've been oggling the freak. I'll shame the user-image gallery with it whenever i fix my cable problem. As for what I'm allergic to? Not a clue. No idea how soon after you eat something it reacts. Chances are it's something in my cold burger that I took a bite of from last night. I had two bites last night then went straight to bed, didn't sleep as I couldn't breathe very well but was too drowsy to notice anything. Drowsy being alcohol-induced, of course. But I've had those burgers loads of times... Greaaat. Experimentin' tiemlol.

Sylar said something about rushing to check the brain before she bled to death, or something. Having your scalp removed doesn't kill you, but I'm sure it would send people into shock. Plus Claire's been dead once before, so if she were ever beheaded then she'd possibly resurrect if the bits were put back together. The real odd thing would be imagining you'd left the body parts separate for fifty years and they'd rotted and shit - would they completely repair themselves? It's toying with the unanswerable questions like this and time travel that fucks the show up. More focus on the unusual powers like parkman's, Darnel's, Micah's and so on would be more interesting. Having two Peters leads me to suspect that one of them will surely die at some point. The ando/hiro future wtf thing... well I think the normal humans will be jealous, and feel that they deserve powers too. I mean, to hear that there are humans out there more 'evolved' than you kind of makes you feel a little shit and... well, obsolete, really. I'm sure the heroes will be all "but dudes it sucks! it's a curse!" and all the neo-heroes will be all "but liek it's no fair! we wanna play," and having never experienced the burden of secrecy and/or embarassment, will be naive and stoopid... but it would bring about the whole apocalyptical refinement of the human race that Adam so verily wanted. Oh, and him being in wosserface's dream, surely he'll be back? Will they remember that he wants to kill all those people in that picture? What happened to parkman's dad? The questions and the potential means I'll keep on watching.

lol, i meant pages too :P Yeah don't worry too much about the work. Coupla weeks before the essay's due you can start panicking, then chillax and figure out how to do it in a weekend. Of course, I wish I'd spent a biiit more time on certain essays last year :P This year... We'll see.

Watched the 'episodes 'til 4am! Interesting start. I think there's a lot of shakey narrative still, with some odd elements that seem to be contrived, and serve the purpose of merely getting us to the 'conflict' points. I think Parkman's story is looking interesting. The bit with the tortoise was almost revolutionary Mohinder... Well at first I thought maybe he was just souped up on adrenaline, but in all honesty they seem to have stripped the dude of any morality. He's a clichéd pile of evil. Nathan's only interesting still because of the linderman thing, and the nikki/tracey element is interesting. I hope she's another personality. Peter Petrelli. So I guess we're forgetting about that irish girl stuck in teh future, or did Peter jump to the future that's still going to happen when he jumped last season? Is teh future F.Peter is from the same contaminated one? I could imagine season 3 effectively being a stop-gap between season two and the original season 2 latter half. Why did he go with the bad dudes from level 5? Losing it? Peter needs to use the invisibility trick way more often. So much of the episode felt borrowed from the 4400, or smallville even! The fast woman even has a similar attitude to the Flash. The whole solution to give abilities thingum... 4400 did that really well. But yeah - lots of missing characters (the kids are probably growing up too fast). Lots of "soo... why don't they just go back in time and fix that?" type issues with their powers. I'd say the episodes so far were better than the majority of season 2. They're playing with multiple storylines a lot better this time, but it's not saved for certain!

That's just... weird. Why does it have to be all-female, for a start? MY DAY! For those who care; went to a pub and met my fellow juggle society leaders to discuss just how awesome we all are. I will be at the hubs for the society fare (fair? shit I've forgotten which is which) from 9am 'til 4pm on thursday, which is clearly insane. Now I want to watch something but don't know what. Either x-files season 4 or -- ooh! Finish off the sarah connor chronicles (s1)! Hells yeah...

well I have about 10 hours timetabled, and I'm supposed to do in total at least 55 hours on top of that... Which is riduculous, and a clear example that nobody ever calculates anything properly.

That is Rummy. Seriously! The spitting image.

bluey, did you write that post back to front or something, because I have no idea what you're talking about. What did they announce? Did I miss something?

that it? 1000 words? And you got this letter basically three-to-four weeks before you started? Lame. Wiki summaries are known by heart by the lecturers - they'll know! lol, that's just MADNESS. If you average a page a minute, it's still five hours straight for a nice 300-page book. I'd say the average page count for the books on my course are 450... so that's eight hours per book. I have 30 hours of lectures per module and they expect me to do 170 hours of work outside of the set times. Which is ridiculous, but meh.

lol... I'm going to have to read (at least) three novels and a couple dozen/hundred pages of poetry every week. A single play is never ever that hard to read in a day.
