I can't believe we still have to wait 3 weeks

Dante, does reading/listening/watching all these spoilers for all these games not ruin the enjoyment of actually playing them? Not having a dig, I'm thankful for all your posts, they're great. Just curious.

It's the most predictable show on tv, we knew that from the first episode. It's still a brilliant laugh to watch and personally, it makes me smile. That's enough for me.

Not sure it suggests that at all, he could have said the same thing about Galaxy 1, that there were 240 stars to collect, because there were, but we'll see. It'd be amazing if the second 120 were actually new and different challenges.

Does Luigi's extra 120 stars in Galaxy 1 count as 'normal gameplay'? Hard to believe there's 240 unique levels.

I'm not sure you're supposed to take Glee that seriously guys. It's just predictable, unrealistic fun. Anyway isn't that episode on next week? How have you guys seen it.

Tonight's episode was good, one of the better ones of the series. A bit of excitement! Woohoo. The VFX shot of Destiny jumping to FTL and the smaller alien ships getting blasted away as it jumped was awesome.

I love that fan-art graphic and what a fantastic title graphic. You can just see that as the opening title, with Press A + B fade in underneath and the birds flying off.

Glee - Laryngitis Awesome episode. Not been too convinced with the quality of the show since it returned from that mid-season break, but this was comfortably the best episode since then. Fantastic song choices and performances, a brilliant and completely apt and effective mixture of laughs every 30 seconds and genuine heartbreaking/warming emotion and just basically FUN. Great stuff.

Those seem fairly predictable ideas, so I have a hard time disagreeing with any of them. Aonuma has already hinted that flying will be the method of travel so a plane seems very likely. Wii Sports Resort was basically a testing ground for many aspects of their big franchises (swordplay, archery, flying etc will all handle similarly to WSR)

Dunno, but they wouldn't be talking about TP being "the last Zelda of it's kind" or "big surprises" or keep going on about how this will be a different Zelda if the change was something as small as a different setting. The change is going to be big. Not a negative person at all, quite the opposite actually. Just a little excited but worried at the same time about this new Zelda. Of course we'll all wait and see, hopefully it'll be amazing and inject some life into the franchise.

Fair enough killer kirby By all means expect big changes to the franchise to mean things like a differnet setting, a differnt camera angle or whatever. It's much more likely the surprise(s) are going to be far far bigger. IMO at least.

Changing the setting does not equate to: "expect big surprises". mcj_metroid suggested that this is going to be an epic Zelda, ie (I assume) big, lots of depth, and one of the franchise's biggest instalments. I am saying that given there has been zero hype, and the release date will be only a few months after the very first footage is getting shown... I wonder just how big and epic this Zelda game will be. Everything seems to suggest a smaller, rushed game (similar to NSMBW). We'll see..... I hope I'm wrong.

I think they'll be changing a tad more than just the camera system.

Taking a game from 2D to 3D or changing the graphic style but keeping everything else intact is one thing. The changes they seem to be hinting at suggest something very different.

It really is amazing how the above tells us absolutely sweet fuck all. Miyamoto is the master of this. Personally I'm getting a tad fed up of the same "news" stories on Zelda that reveals nothing of any interest whatsoever. I have a seriously bad feeling it's going to be completely different and drastically change the formula. They better not fuck Legend of Zelda up.
