I'd like the option to choose your character/crew member and that choice affecting the gameplay and/or storyline. For example: Fox and Falco form two new teams with different missions, both have an engineer and turret operator in their team. You get to choose a team and a role aboard. It would make things fresh for me.

Same for me, I only just bought Captain Toad and Tipping Stars this week and really loving the slowpaced gameplay in both I'm also in the middle of a small Monument Valley addiction on my iPad (thnx Frank Underwood). And during weekends still playing a lot of local Kart, Smash, Wii Party U and Nintendoland with mates, the latter of wich still remains most populair thanks to Animal Crossing Sweet Day :indeed: Sometimes love the "droughts" as it makes me appreciate more what I already have : peace:

Streetpass, Advance Wars and Fire Emblem where also my first thoughts. Mario Maker, Mario vs Donkey Kong, Wario's Woods, Dr. Mario, and Pokémon Snap with AR added would also fit nicely. But what I really hope is new ip/ new gameplay. Maybe a RTS : peace:

I hope they go both routes: 1. Splatoon Amiibo: would help a lot getting more recognition/attention to this new franchise within a broader demographic than us Nintendo maniacs Could help sell the game a lot! 2. Current Amiibo: unlock stuff for customization. Always nice in a game like this. What would you guys prefer?

Yeah, I miss Lucas too, he had something that I missed compared to Ness. Felt like he had a little bit more oomph in his smashes and I preferred his recovery. And of course that stylish hairdo! :awesome:

Yep, I have the same. The game feels so soulless without Subspace/replacement. Even something as small as a tournament with a small story like in Streetfighter II (some unique texts/taunts aimed at the competitor, depending on which character it is). More of the Palutena/Snake/Peppy/Slippy stuff so to say...

Interesting facts, thanks for that @Wii ! I guess a start for a solution for the scalper situation might be: manufacture the same total for every amiibo for the first two months. That way it takes longer for scalpers to figure out which amiibo will be more sought after. It's really frustrating...

In stead of Geographical regions, they should form lingual regions: Nintendo of English territories Nintendo of Spanish territories Nintendo of Japanese territories Nintendo of Other language territories (or just to be abandoned / updated via patches) This is the biggest problem in Europe: games being stalled by the irritatingly long wait for mainly French, German and Italian translation. Gamers in Europe who don't speak/understand English, I don't think there are many left... By covering Japanese, Spanish and English you'll reach almost all of the gamer demographic. (Chinese, Portuguese, Indian and Russian aren't justified (yet) from a business point of view)
