Don't forget, the Saints Row game wasn't cancelled just on 3DS. It got canned on every single console (it was also being developed for XBLA and as a PSN game). It's not indicative of any 3DS failing at all. People keep using the Saints Row cancelling as fodder against the 3DS, but it's not.

MegaMan Legends 3 was just a prototype they publically revealed. Last I read, they hadn't greenlighted it and it was just a showcase for now and could lead on.
