Dramatic title yes, but here we go The government is proposing the addition of ridiculous concessions on alcohol outside of pubs & bars, aimed at curbing those who pre-drink and then go out. They're wanting to ban supermarkets from doing deals involving alcohol (Buy One Get One Free etc.) and are increasing a minimum cost to 40p per unit of alcohol which can increase the cost dramatically. I thought that, my metre was completely filled and green, but I didn't unlock the achievement which indicates you're getting it so I searched around and it seems you need an effective military rating of 4,000+ for it. So I loaded up the previous save, did multiplayer, boosted it, went in, got the achievement

Upped the multiplayer up to the point the internet said would give me the best ending and made a start, will do some more multiplayer tomorrow if the readiness has dropped Half way through...all I can say is EPIC
