Atomic Boo

Im worried that if its only been out 2 months and people are bored of the wii and the remotes magic. Usually a game can last me a month and you guys are getting bored with over 5! Im in a good position, i still have all my money and i have the choice of 360 or wii. Im torn 50/50. Some of the Nintendo titles do look lush, and i cannot go without metroid. Im confused!

I was just reading through the thread and its just so tough! For me there are 10 really good games that will be released for wii, but then again 360 has already been out for a year and theres 20 games that look really cool. As for Live, i will not be able to use it (how much it is again?) and everyone says that they're useless without it. Wii has got mario and metroid which i have cravings for, and then theres all of the cool mystery titles you get which surprise you because they come out of the blue. Im definetly not a handheld person, but it seems with consoles (for me) you get much better value. the DS shelf is the same as it was at launch practically, but the gamecube was pretty good i thought. In the short term, wii is cheaper than the 360, but when you add up the controller costs, virtual console etc it just adds up. Im just at a total loss right now.

Hehe, there were some really funny lines during the road laying. why dont they bring out 100 lorries at a time? this man is another on the job of roadlaying, hes 36. He's spent about 24 years waiting for the trucks. at the end with the crash - 'you can actually see the weel falling apart, how did you not notice? i could be on the phone and have the kids shouting at me and id definatly notice if a lion came through the door.'

I really like the looks of some of the 360 games out there. They all sound really engagingand fun, and i have two friends that have them who i can swap games with easily. There's just a few points that i need to let you know that aid me in my decision. I need to play Metroid Corruption for wii at some point and i doubt i will buy 2 consoles. It's unlikely that i will get xbox live I need somewhere that has a smallish price. There are different types of 360 arent there? Well i need to know which is best for me. Which type is cheapest but still plays well. Thanks for your help.

Basically, Nintendo feels that it needs to be the player's guardian. If the parents are worried with online play, watch over them, or give them the message 'if anyone starts talking you i want to know, otherwise youll be grounded' ok, its blackmail, but it's better than friend codes!!!

What are the T.Vs that everyone are getting for their wii's? Panasonic? cause they look lush, but way too expensive.

Well it would have been. In Clarkson's article it said that their 'deal' wasnt as funny when he heard about the crash and saw the Hamster, but on Jonathon Ross Richard said that the joke was still in place if any of them died in the future.
