    Damn right. It's lucky the good team did as well as they did last time, we had at least a couple of people who had characters with awesome and incredibly helpful powers, but didn't play because they couldn't be bothered or didn't get the character they wanted.

    I feel somewhat dissapointed with myself. I knew Cube was the princess character from POP, but I just figured she was a straight up good guy. Never played POP, see. Should've looked it up. Stupid, stupid, stupid. Ah well, next game!

    I finished it a couple of days ago, I thought it was simply mesmerising. It's just been years since I played anything quite so utterly immersive. It's not perfect, but you don't have to look too far past the technical foibles to bask in the glory of Bioware's vision. Also:

    Not a big going out type. When I do, I need a quiet pub, with a few friends or colleagues and a jukebox in it. Fiver in the jukebox, locally brewed pint on table, bullshit about girls and politics flying this way and that. What little dancing I do is often in costume, making vague but enthusiastic attempts at the art of "popping". I rarely feel the need to drink while dancing.

    Sometimes, I read something like Maus or Benjamin Zephaniah's poetry, and I cry because I know that I'll never be able to produce something of my own quite so beautiful or moving. Then I watch Hollyoaks and I cheer up immeasurably.

    I personally still don't get why everyone is so sore about the TP review. All things considered I rather agreed with him.

    I certainly hope he hasn't been fired due to advertiser pressure. What would be the point of reviewing games in the first place? Just give everything a perfect 10 and every drooling, fascistic idiot goes away happy.

    Damn, that was a close loss, and yet another injury. I wasn't expecting to win playing away and a team racked with injuries against superior opposition, but I'm disappointed we didn't hold for a draw. Threezok's got a pretty hot goal keeper there.

    What better way to cover his tracks? I'm not convinced Haggis is being honest here. If he is Pichu, why is he the only Pokemon character in the entire game, and not even a very famous one? Why not Pikachu? There's something about his self-claimed power that doesn't quite fit either, I'm not convinced Chair would give a power that essentially counts the player out of the game.

    Cube has a good idea, I seem to recall it was Pokemon who nicked the Sands, and since Giovanni seems to be the only person with Pokemon, it follows he gave them to someone in his team.
