    Okay, the pidgeon one was funny, probably because of the surprise effect. But the cat one ... Let me just say Maiky-NiSuTe is lucky he hasn't been horribly mauled by me yet. Sorry, but when it comes to cats getting hurt, I lose my temper. And that was just so ... evil.

    Holy crap, that's awesome! I wish I could do that. It would make great material for a fantasy novel. My mom had breast cancer and got chemotherapy and everything, which has left the muscles in her one arm frustratingly sore. One night she dreamt that her arm was on fire, but in reality it was the pain from the muscles.

    Well, if you can find a plain red cap, you could cut out a white piece of paper and draw that little red £-like symbol on the front. Stick the piece of paper to the cap with a safety pin or two ... and voilà ! (Note: I've never tried this myself, just thought it up. I have no idea if it'll actually work! :p)

    All these different phenomena boil down to one thing: Becoming aware of something you're not normally aware of. Be it a normal reflex motion that you suddenly begin thinking about controlling yourself, breaking a word down to bits and suddenly realise how weird words actually are, or noticing a specific feature that makes you see something in a whole new way (once did that with ears and once with noses in general - it's really annoying). In conclusion: We're all thinking too damn much about things! :p ... But I believe it to be a good idea to think more deeply about things once in a while.

    Gah, sorry for being slow. Must'ave been tired. :p That looks promising. Nice find, Professor Layton! EDIT: Wait a second ... The 6th of June is the start of my 3 week exam preparation study. If Brawl does indeed get released that day, my exams are gonna be tough! Come to think of it, I believe my local store said a while ago that the 6th of June would be the release date. They knew it might change, though.

    No, it's now how it should be. Notice that in the Pokémon games, all characters' names are written completely in capitals, but that doesn't mean that's how you spell their names. It's just the Pokémon games' way of highlighting names in the text. Many games do that in some way. Besides, the US version of the Dojo only capaitalises the first letter (like it should be), the original Smash game and Melee only capitalised the first letter, so why would they suddenly change it? I swear it didn't change on the European version till Jigglypuff was revealed, but then they changed ALL the Pokémon's names.

    I change ringtones A LOT, but right now it's the Friends theme "I'll Be There For You" by The Rembrandts. My text message tone has for ... a couple of years, I think ... been the "OhmyodI'monfire" joke from the Decline of Video Gaming series. But then I got a Samsung which only supports the standard, bland text message tones. Bleh.

    Just why the heck have they changed the Pokémon characters' names on the European version of the Dojo to ALL CAPITALS? It looks astonishingly stupid.

    Just shows how amazing and fleshed-out the story is. Too bad some find it dull, but I can't see how they could have made it less repetitive without deviating too much from the fundamental Smash gameplay.

    As a follow-up to the joke about the crematorium and gunpowder: Two of my friends got cremated. One had been working with asbestos his whole life, the other was an alcoholic. The first cremation took two weeks, the latter was done in one point four seconds.
