Okay...
Judging from the (very few) responses, it seems this isn't working. You don't mind if I change the answer, do you?

I am sad for noticing the super mario world sound clip in this advert.
Should I be ashamed of not noticing it?
-
Simple, we play too many apocalypse games.

Well, I started my first real relationship less than a month ago, and it ended this Friday. I learned a lot about myself, though, it was great while it lasted, and we remain friends, so no regrets or hard feelings.
-
Indeed, my forefathers kicked behind.
-
This will undoubtedly give me nightmares ...
-
I also loved the Super Mario Bros. film! I think Hellfire hit the nail on the head: It's interesting to see how the filmmakers interpreted the original work(s). Sure, pure film-wise, Super Mario Bros. doesn't take the gold medal, but I just loved all the little recognisable details.
I think the key is to be able to distance yourself from the inspiration and enjoy it as a separate piece of work.

I'm not sure I'm the right guy to ask about love trouble. I can only talk from personal experience and give my views on the subject.
I've recently been in a relationship that didn't work out because we were too different. I could feel deep inside that it didn't feel right, but it took some time for me to face it. I had fallen in love suddenly as we seemed perfect for each other in the beginning, but as I got to know her better I found out we were very different in some areas. I could feel how my feelings disappeared, but I really wanted to make it work and couldn't/didn't want to face the truth. She was he one who brought the subject up, as she could feel it too. We're both happy with the decision and remain friends.
So, what have I learned? A couple of things: To me, personality is very important, if not THE most important thing in a relationship. It hugely affects my feelings for a girl how her personality fits with mine. Secondly, I learned that sudden falling-in-love can happen with no regards to personality, looks, or anything else for that matter. I would advice you to not move too fast, but I won't say you shouldn't follow your feelings - because that's the third thing I have learned: You have to feel inside if whatever you're doing feels right. It's very important to listen to your true feelings deep inside.
I hope it works out for you, buddy.

If you completely ignore its connection to Dragonball, it actually looks cool.
-
Thanks for clearing that up, Dannyboy. You didn't really have to expose yourself though. Coolness isn't contributing at all, I don't know why he always signs up to these games without fail. :/
Meh, I figured there was enough confusion in here already without people being mistaken about the identity of the car. Besides, I didn't feel like I was helping much, so I pondered I could potentially be more useful if people knew my role. It's not like I'm gonna move much up on the Mafia hit-list anyway.
-
Happy day of birth.
-
Well, people are also voting for Coolness 'cause he seems to have a record of not participating. But yes, I am the car who is distracting people and I'm good. If I have roleblocked good people, it's simply because I hoped to learn something about them from the following write-up. Not a very good strategy, I know, but I really couldn't think of anything better at the moment.
-
Since it's apparently necessary in clearing up some confusion, it seems I have to come forward with my role.
I'm Brum, the friendly car, and basically I roleblock people by distracting them. I'm good.
I was the one blocking Tellyn two nights ago and MoogleViper this night. As we have no real knowledge about people's allegiances yet, my strategy was to roleblock people who had been suspected as to possibly figure out something about them from the following write-up.
As my power isn't the most useful at the moment, I guess it's not too bad my identity has been revealed.
-
Sounds similar in size.
They are great though, love the way they change colours.
Yeah, I really like them. Which reminds me I have yet to put mine up this year.
-
Not exactly a gaming tune, but gaming related: I got the "OhmygodI'monfire" scream from The Super Flash Bros.'s Decline of Video Gaming series on Newgrounds as my text message tune.
-
Ahhh, okay! Had me confused for a bit, haha. X3
I do that sometimes. Mostly to myself.
-
This subject is a little depressing I find.
-
Looking good strider! I love the glasses, you were right when you said they look better IRL =)
*high fives* Glasses are win!
Amen to everything.

Rokhed, I've got a Christmas tree exactly identical to that one. I can't determine the size of that one, but I've got one about a half to one metre in length. 'Tis very pretty.

Why don't you think Jonnas is the blob?
Gah, sorry, just realised my stupidity. I meant to say that I don't think Jonnas is the odd creature.
-
Pookiablo, I'm flattered.
Anyway, here are my votes. I've only voted on those that I feel I have something to say about.

Ah, 'tis a hard one ... I'd have to say the idea of Mock the Thread was amazing, so my vote'll have to go to that.
Best N-Europe Playground Game
Bah, I love both the Picture Caption Game and Mock the Thread. Hm, I think I'll have to say the Picture Caption Game - really have had some awesome and funny moments in there. 'Tis a shame it has died.

Gah, I have a hard time keeping up with what's going on and who's who. Anywho, I don't think Jonnas was the blob, but it seems people have come to the same conclusion.
I really don't know how to contribute to this. My power's not much help until I know more about people's allegiances.
