Its a conflict war hasnt been declared. Its around 1% of the people out there. But if you or someone you love is in that 1% then its 100% It dosent matter if its 1 or 100000 its not any less sad.

As someone said to me on this forum how can an opinion be utter crap? Its an opinion. Lol at you for in one sentance saying someone opinions are utter crap and then in the next calling someone ignorant, pot, kettle, black. He got himself a national platform because people agree with the things he says. As i said yes sometimes he does ignore the facts and rant on a bit. But in general he has the views of the average working man.

I would probably pay to read jezza. I agree with most of the stuff in his coloum. At least he knows the facts even if he chooses to ignore them. I had the misfortune of reading the express the other day and judy from richard and judy was gobbing off about how the navy let those 2 people on a yaught get kidnapped. Event hough she had no idea on the actual facts. Like it wasnt even an actual navy ship, and is crewed by civilians.

I probably woudnt do it every session. I personally try to limit my self to 2 CV sessions a week. But then im trying to put weight on. But if you are just trying to stay tonned i guess its not as much of an issue.

I just meant because you said they told you it was possable to loose weight in specific areas. I dunno the only fitness instructors ive ever had shout and scream and threaten to beast me. So yeah they do help lol.

Im so in to the gym at the moment that i have really missed it over the weekend. Cant wait to go again tonight. Bring on the DOMS tomorrow.

It dosent really in real life. It dosent show the real colour. For your information i dont wear anything when im on the job haha. But it is a bit sad when on a nigt time everyone gets changed in the block and most people are wearing DPM shorts to mong about in. We have even said its sad haha.

Ive really wanted a worded tatto for about 18 months and i have liked that quote for the last year. But i was never sure if i actually wanted it or just wanted another tattoo after i got my fit. So its over 18 months and i still want it so im going to get it. Sums up how i feel aboutsomethigs ive done in my life etc.

Decided on my new tattoo. Im getting 'all that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing' on my leg (cant get anything on my arms as there too skinny an it would look daft. Just need to find a font and design now.

I like the swiss. There not saying you cant be a muslim. There not saying you cant have a mosque. But what they are syaing (in my opinion) is that it sould fit in with Switzerland. I would like this attiutude more in this country.

I woudnt even just say it was the church. Im sure if they had tried to put the law through calling it marriage rather than civil partnership it wudnt have gone through. I dont think joe public would have stood for it. But by calling it what they did it sort of sidestepped a massive minefield of problems.

Life isnt fair. And lets face it marriage is tied well and truely in to the church and 1jesus hates many people but none more than homosexuals'.(actually watching the family gay as i type this funny eh) Not in the UK its not. At least not in the eyes of the law any way.
