I love this. As in, it's awful. Bonus back cover for full impact.
And while technically a fine cover, @chairdriver and I never stop lolling at the choice of photo. The lead singer looks so out of place and bedraggled, a goth in an ill-fitting suit, while the others are loving life too much. And her image isn't even just bad, it's not even representative of her role in the band. She's really cheery and uplifting as a singer. But as I said, it's technically visually fine, just lol.

hey everyone just posting to start of my time in the game sure it'll be really fun and everything though knowing me i'll drop out and not play properly. that or the site will drop out and I won't be ABLE to play properly. five oh three five oh three five oh three five oh three five oh three! Anyway yeah I have nothing to add/got no worthwhile results last night, but I guess I'm just really talkative. Wonder Woman stunned me. I love great non-generic art. Great set-up.
Birds of Prey was fun too, felt like an obvious TV-show opening.

Yeah, like I always feel bad I've never bothered past Season 1 of The Wire, but then...I prefer things I actually like. Wire seemed to be very good, but there's a reason I never continued and still can't be arsed.

Finished series 5 yesterday. I knew Breathe Me was used at the end, it's one of those famous general knowledge things, but even though I'm a Sia fan, I never listened to the song, despite it being her biggest. Clearly fates wanting the finale to have maximum impact.

I'm suprised Capullo's art had an inker, it seems to be completely drawn in ink. Maybe the inker is just crazy and does what he wants. I disliked how liney it all was.

Yeah I loved Schism.
Batman 1 was good, but I'm over the art already. Don't like Capullo's style...everyone's face was too nebulous and just nothing felt defined enough, I couldn't get a visual grasp. I didn't like his Joker either. I find some interps of Joker just really lacking sometimes. I think it's when he's too small or feminine or something. Or has horrible curly hair.

Had a fancy dress party last night, was fun but at the same time there was such a divide of the cool kids and those who for some reason won't socialise normally. They're all nice people though. I went as my interpretation Riddler (photos pending). Chair made a surprise appearance/he's staying with me now.

What's it's story? ^ The left hand is annoying me since the rest is so free and in motion. I like the lack of detail/thickness of lines. (or lack thereof)
Talking of colouring, I have NO idea how to, as I have just got Photoshop after all these years, and now nothing of how to use it creatively (I know basics of like sizing/bordering etc shit from using Gimp), but I've been experimenting with my new Wacom tablet. I got it (for my birthday, which is tomorrow technically) to actually get back into drawing, and it get digitale for once.
Here's my first random drawing from it that isn't just a straight doodle.
It's Jean Grey from X-Men. She looks a bit like Cate Blanchett. I like how I did her hair.

I heard her name being hyped months ago and I know she did that awful song with LMFAO but this one stuns me. Feels like a 'current' pop song that retains a feeling of vague class. I like her lyrics. Amusing. We all hate Will.I.Am, but it's fine since it ties her into the same universe as others forced to work with him.
