  5. I made a logo for a band; but now its just a plain black and white logo; I want to make some variations to give the band an idea of whats possible etc. I was wondering; which is the best way to make a good 3d logo; the illustrator extrude/bevel doesn't work, photoshop? and how (if the logo is in vectors) or are there other programs more suited for this job? I'm aiming at the logo's like those in justice's DVNO and the logo is somewhat like this one http://www.pcusa.org/pw/images/graphics/pw-logo-bw.jpg Thx in advance
  6. Getting bored near the end proves ncfom right
  7. a History of Violence 9/10 Wow, that was, graphic, my kind of film really, superb effects and great acting. Than again, I have to stop watching these great films, makes me feel like I'll never be a good filmmaker, that's if I'll ever be one
  8. its much faster and easyer my way (plus also better result) print it, with low fill, trace the lines and fill in the colours, scan, adjust levels/curves/... you can even ad your original layer to the foreground, and set transparancy

  15. I have to see the bucket list!!! I saw the trailer in the cinema, and the dutch translation for the bucket list was "het pijplijstje", which in english would mean: the list of dick sucked... (pijp = sucking dick, lijstje=list) so for me, bucket list + lots of drinks = death by laughter
  16. The ending is the best part of the movie ... !!! Be kind Rewind, entertaining (just what i needed) Lynch short stories (pt 1) Lynch Lynch Lynch Team America, better than expected, it made me laugh, still...
  17. Searching for the wrong-eyed Jesus 13/20 It's a shame I had to download this. Nowadays, few good films see the light of day. Still, it was far from perfect, but some images will stay with me for a while. (reminded me of the Billy the Kid documentary, which was great) Eldorado 11/20 Belgian film, not as good as I had hoped...
  18. worst day of the year preparing everything for the end of the school year and now my computer really starts to let me down, so I've spent the whole day looking for a solution, without succes that is... (apple = ) This year has been hard as hell, I hope it will pay off in the end
  19. nothing seems to work for the french
  20. YES! quite a revelation for me, will definately watch more of him... Beavis and Butthead do America Very entertaining Ex-Drummer Great film in Belgian tradition. I hate critics putting this down when Belgian cinema does nothing but make alternative Hollywood Spinoffs. Fits into the line of; c'est arrivé pres de chez vous, camping cosmos, la vie sexuelle... I believe Belgian cinema has a great tradition which has faded the last years (thanks to Jan Verheyen & co) apart from the work of Koen Mortier and Felix van Groeningen (Steve+Sky). I hope I can have a chance to work with one of these guys in the near future
  21. I heard something about the last matches being played at the same time, so that if there would be 2 teams on 2nd place, penaltys would be takin
  22. Never heard of him; but googlings says you're right! and I love look-a-likes, at the moment I am working on looking like Antony Arandia (Belgian actor who plays a part in the Belgian version of Ugly Betty (or Betty la fea)), He must be the dumbest guy ever, but I do it for kicks:awesome:
  23. If you really want do draw, I would suggest taking some lessons... Drawing IS difficult, but practice makes perfect, when taking lessons, you will learn the basics, a couple of tips, rules and tricks. After that, do as you please I think the hardest part of drawing is drawing itself, just - keep - drawing
