that's a bit harsh, BBC dramas tend to have decent budgets now if you'ld said ITV I'd have agreed with you

as I keep saying, Secret Six is awesome, probably my favourite DC book and how they can put Scarlet in when it's only had one issue is a bit rich! oh and with regards to the Image Solicits, I'd guess the reason that there's no Invincible is probably because the issue solicited for October is probably going to hit in November

well semi sorted my trade collection for a couple of pictures Hardcovers Paperbacks there is some missing from the TPBs, couple of Green Lantern Corps trades, the complete Y the Last Man, the other 6 (or 7) DMZ trades, 2 Scalped trades, two 100 Bullets trades and the 1st Unwritten trade oh yeah and the Scott Pilgrim books!

I'll have to sort out my shelves before I take any pictures! I can thoroughly recommend the Chew Hardcover, not only is it a quality comic, but it's been put together really well - it contains the first 10 issues including covers, has some sketches, the original pitch that Layman put to Image before he even had an artist, the first page that Guillory drew for Layman (which Layman didn't like and almost got a new artist!), it's even got the ribbon bookmark only downside is the number of fingerprints you leave on the outside cover as there's no dust jacket!

That would have been pretty cool to have been at. Marcos Martin (one of the Spiderman artists for Slott's upcoming run) is doing a signing/sketch thing at Forbidden Planet in Glasgow this Thursday, I would have went but I'm going to the football instead!

you should be able to turn automatic renewal off on the website just go to xbox.com, then to my account and then you should be able to see a bit that says automatic renewal is on, click on it then it should be straightforward from there (unless they've changed it again)

seems like Vitoria Guimares did good out of that deal, sign a guy on a free, pay him 6 weeks wages then get £7 million for him!

hmm the only ones I have that have Titan on the spine are Batman: Year One and Dark Knight Returns, all my Green Lantern trades have DC Comics on them and they've been bought from all different sites/shops (Waterstones, Amazon, Forbidden Planet)

there's not been any further news since the original announcement last December, but it was due this year, so we've got 2 more months solicitations still to be shown to see if it'll be making it this year!

the second season only came out 1-2 weeks ago in the UK, so season 3 will be a while away yet from DVD release

Murr if you're looking for a team book that's a bit different, Secret Six is pretty good. It's basically about a bunch of DC villains working for the Government essentially doing black-ops. Think there's only two trades of the current volume and the first is hard to find, but it's pretty sweet.

Rez I had a load of those Sonic comics as well (found them hidden in my cupboard recently), a fair few of them have stories written by a certain Mark Millar! I can't remember buying any issues of Marvel or DC comics from before I started collecting last year though, my first issue then was but I had bought several trades, Watchmen, V for Vendetta, League of Extraordinary Gentlemen
