Any order. To be honest, I was slightly disappointed with the boss battles, only the first one was a huge bastard, other than that they're all wimps. Doesn't include those bigger enemies that the game absolutely throws at you the end of each level.

Prefer to have notes instead of coins, I hate having a wallet full of shrapnel. Nice design though, I take it the Queen is the other side?
