Exactly. This all rides on either Nintendohnut's message being false or misleading, or me reporting nonsense about Jimbob to you guys (which would implicate me heavily if he was Mafia, so is pretty unlikely). Given Peeps also reported a white space message and Dohnut admitted to targeting both me and Peeps, I have more faith in his messages than I did before. Mafia have failed 3 night kills in a row... it hardly surprises me that votes are accumulating for reasons completely irrelevant to guilt (namely, poor level of play).

Come on, really? How'd you come to that conclusion? I get the feeling you just love being awkward. I was saying that as someone as suspicious as himself, it's funny that he was pointing the finger over really trivial matters. Um, I wasn't suggesting you were the killer. Why would I? A mafia redirector is likely to redirect rather than kill as he's super useful. I was instead suggesting the glaring possibility that as a redirector stipulated to be town has been killed already, you could be scum. We know Magnus acted weird as hell, but it still makes you pretty suspicious. I would surely hope it made sense to everyone? If you are a town roleblocker, you are more likely to do harm than good by acting at the beginning of the game. Basically your argument against me as far as I can tell is "you have no alibi for the first 2 nights." On the flip side, there is no evidence against me either. How is this any different from nearly every remaining player in the game (particularly the ones who have said nothing)? Let's stop this now, we know it won't go anywhere and I don't think even you believe it to be honest.
-
No, no. I could have been tracked doing anything. Not killing. Possibly roleblocking. Yet I came out and said I did nothing. A tracker could have seen me target someone either night - they wouldn't know what I did so would have no reason to come out. You're just assuming I'm the killer. Also like I said, no one came out to say they were roleblocked in the way I do it on either night. Your argument is weak. Also Jonnas, seeing as you're claiming to be a phrases wiz, are you familiar with the phrase 'people in glass houses should not throw stones'? :p Second: I re-read your argument Jonnas, makes more sense now. But the underpinning point is that if I was Mafia I would not have relayed any information about whether it was a mistake to target Jimbob or not. Mafia generally don't want to be associated with each other - the way you're saying it, it sounds like Jimbob's death would be an easy tell tale about my alignment. So why would I create such a situation? Let's also not forget your similar deduction regarding Magnus's alignment was wrong (it was a similar 'if he is this then Sheikah is that'). You hadn't accounted for Magnus's town verdict and lying. Also given I am town, it logically makes sense not to roleblock people the first couple of nights, which adds credence to my account.

Well, the Nexus 4 runs really smooth compared to a lower spec and older iPhone I had. Regarding the screen, I do have a small scratch across the bottom left that I have no idea how I got (possibly some loose change), but it really is very small. It's built really well and has a brilliantly bright and sharp screen. I'd definitely recommend it.

A mantra you would do well to remember Yvonne! Very well indeed. Anyway I wasn't rude, 'you mad bro' has never, to my knowledge, been used to actually infer someone may actually be insane. It's just a phrase, deal with it!
-
Unlikely? You mad bro? You think I would come forward and say I did nothing for not just one night but two if I didn't? For one, I could have been unknowingly tracked and immediately exposed. Second, on both days I said I did roleblock, it has been confirmed. By Jimbob, and from both you and the writeup. Yet no one has said anything on the first 2 nights. You're really grasping at straws here...making you seem a bit desperate tbh!
-
Well everyone is confirming it, as is the writeup.
-
Yeah... don't think I'd link us together like that if we were both in a scum team. It's a fair point about Jimbob though, providing your messages aren't something you're fabricating. Come on, I'm telling you every day who I'm roleblocking and what happens to me, you really want to botch a lynch just to confirm I'm town?
-
Child recruitment chapters are a pretty decent step up in difficulty. They appear after finishing Chapter 13 and having some S ranks obtained between your characters.
-
He says the double vote only appears when the lynch actually happens. Sounds a bit like bollocks to me.
-
That's fair enough, but I don't see any reason to believe anything he's saying. Maybe it's not worth a lynch yet, but he's definitely worth watching. Due to the weird nature of his apparent double vote, we don't even know if he has that. He may even abstain from future lynches on account of not wanting to have too much of an effect on the lynch. If he really wanted to help town he would have just said he was town. If he appears town and is going to behave in accordance of town, and isn't one of the Mafia, he could have just assumed the role of a townie. As far as I can see his coming out, if true, is just to placate the Mafia and potentially avoid their attacks. Let's not forget that if the Mafia get closer to majority you can bet your damn life that Yvonne will help them out if they're close to winning. In fact, he may actually be town, and is just saying this to avoid Mafia fire. In which case that'd be a pretty sweet tactic.
-
As long as you can see you disagree with logic, I'm fine with that. Exactly. Being roleblocked and there being no kill first puts you on the radar. After that we have a series of confessions from Yvonne that are pretty unusual - neutral but appears town, no role, can win with either side after 5 days. There's definitely enough to go on for a lynch, and we're in quite a strong position to afford to lynch. Also, may be that I haven't played enough games, but I've never heard of a double vote that shows up after a lynch. It's another peculiarity about his claims.
-
Well if you're not prepared to fight for it, you deserve to be lynched. There are some people in these games (not usually you Yvonne) who frankly contribute little and hardly ever push people for info. Jimbob is one such. I'd rather be someone who engages people and discusses finer points over several pages, even if it means people have to read through it. This kind of discussion often reveals a lot about players that wouldn't normally come out otherwise. Your win condition sounds like it's made up to me Yvonne. If you're neutral, why would you have to wait 5 days to win with either side? Why does 5 days even come into it? Would you lose if the game ended early?
-
All info in Mafia can be considered circumstantial. We do at least categorically know that there was no kill last night, and that you were roleblocked. It's a lead. Typing in capitals doesn't make your points any more valid. If it did Mafia could just yell I'M INNOCENT DAMN IT and win every single game. You had chance to catch up? I am eager to hear from you this game!
-
Oh, how the echoes ring loudly now. 'The least Mafia-like action becomes the most likely', or to similar effect.
-
You say we should be focus on there being 2 town redirectors instead of you. I want to know how you think Magnus was town based on his behaviour in order to cast doubt on Jonnas. As it stands we have absolutely no reason to trust you but some circumstantial info that highlights you as a potential killer. We're not exactly losing much if you turn up neutral either.
-
Explain how Magnus's behaviour was town.
-
Roleblocked and no kill. Claims to be neutral but says will investigate as town. Has a double vote. Has an unlikely sounding win condition. Could vote with Mafia even if the neutral thing is true. Has no role and is therefore no huge loss if is indeed neutral after lynch. Easily worthy of lynch.
-
Well it doesn't apply anymore as Jonnas admitted he targeted Yvonne, but originally Peeps received your message saying the android failed as their target's mind was not in the world. I figured the android's target could either be Yvonne (knocked out) or you (as you were channelling into other people's consciousness).
-
- Are you a power absorber / copy the power of someone who targeted you? Yes/no - If yes - Are you now a roleblocker given I targeted you?
-
Mafia would much rather successfully kill undetected than risk any of the above shit happening. Yes there are potential rewards, but the chance of the risks coming true are statistically higher. If they find out a protector then that's nice but then that redirected protector is just going to protect themselves next night as they know they've been screwed with. All the while ten or so townies get a 'free move' that night as Mafia failed a kill, making Mafia majority slower to come. Failed kill is the LEAST desirable option for Mafia as it is giving away 10+ free moves! Not even gonna bother answering your threat, should be fairly obvious I'm town. You and your N1 Jon targeting, on the other hand... @Rummy you're being pretty quiet. Who'd you target last night?
-
True BUT if you're a protector or jailkeep it stops their kill when they send you to Jon... If you're a reverse tracker you see who killed/targeted Jon Seems a big risk just to try set you up by hoping someone tracks you. They could just redirect you to yourself, less risky.
-
Also why would the Mafia redirect you to Jon while also sending someone else to kill him. Seems pretty silly thing to do.
-
You'll have to do better than that. Why are you called the Listener?
-
Second: Could be Dohnut was targeted by the Android instead, if he goes into this dream world to give people info (his mind may not be available). Seems odd that Dohnut would be a choice of target for redirection though if the redirector was Mafia. @Nintendohnut are you protected from certain things while using your ability?
