Just make this game free, cram it full with NX ads --> Profit! That aside, it could be good if they would make it as in-depth as the aforementioned Rayman iOS games. These are auto-runners which look great, play great and sound great. This however looks to be a bit more shallow.

Does anybody have a link to a good explanation of the alchemy/end of the series theory? I can only find a 45 minutes YouTube video, and ain't nobody got time for that!

I thought it was the name? Now that I take a good second look at it, you can see a lot of different types in it. Grass, water, dragon, dark, steel. I think there will be a gimmick to it, just not sure what.

Okay no super long post since it would take me a week to come up with 2 top 10s! But in general I think the DS had much more creative titles due being innovative with and 2 screens and touch. Games like The World Ends With You pushed originality of gameplay, and a lot of experimenting was also going on with stuff like the aforementioned Soul Bubbles and Electroplankton. Further, it made 3D possible like Metroid Prime: Hunters. Further it boosted some of the prettiest platformers at that time such as the Castlevania games. All in all I played many games on the DS, but I didn't play them all very long (with some exceptions). Onwards to the 3DS, I think it is less focused on innovative play and more on creating a home console experience for on the go, with titles like Resident Evil: Revelation, Monster Hunter 3U/4U/Generations, Super Smash Bros. etcetera. And I sank a lot more time per game on the 3DS. So in conclusion I would say that the 3DS has better games, but still I love the DS more because of all the innovation and great IPs it brought us.

I really wonder how full or dished out it feels when you have played Golf, Strikers Charged, Power Tennis etc. Still it would be cool to play footie, tennis or horseback riding online!

Looks promising! Although I also thought that when they revealed the Chibi Robo platformer and that did not work out very good. I wonder how long the game will be as well. THIS! So bad they don't do double screen areas often anymore.

Will it evolve into this (and get enlisted by Team Rocket)?

Pikmin sidescroller announced! Looks like a mix between Lemmings and Yoshi's Island. Yoshi's Woolly World 3DS also looks nice, and a buttload of RPGs coming up. And Mario Sports (5 sports in one, I wonder how they compare to the separate titles), and Mario Maker (without online though, as @liger05 said).

Then you are a happy person today. Just announced Picross 3D round 2! So far quite a solid Direct, but I hope we get some more surprises. Oh, and there are some WiiU things being mentioned, so not 3DS only!

I just got off, sometimes you have these nights were you just can't get into it, and all quests go bad. After doing mediocre on Nibelsnarf and Khezu I decided this is not my night, so now I'm out playing Pokémon Go haha. Maybe a rematch tomorrow!

Your laptop does work without, but runs a game on say HFD with medium graphics. Slap a dock onto it with a GTX1070 and you are running on ultra settings. This would mean though that the games also need to be able to scale, and I'm not sure how that would work for 3rd party support. A console game plays or doesn't, while a PC game can run at different settings. Although, we do see this with for example MH4U, which runs better on a New 3DS than on a 3DS. And with the 4.5 Playstation and the improved XBox, it will work similar I guess.

I occasionally get some surveys through the Google Rewards app which gives you Play Store credit. I usually used it to download some music, but it can be used for in-app purchases so if need is high, Pokémon Go may get some of my accumulated money.

I played three online matches yesterday, won all of them! And made quite some goals. It's good to not suck at an online game haha, I will however in a week when the rest had more practice and I get swamped by fanatic players... The online part reminded me a bit of Steel Diver, you get tossed randomly in a match and can pick a side. But as far as I could see you cannot create a game with friends online, which would be a big miss. Local play and download play (a bit strange for a free to download title) are supported. It at least feels like more of an action-oriented game than the aforementioned Steel Diver, and I will probably do some quick between playing other games.

Apparently in the US it is considered as a demo to the full Metroid game, while here in the EU it is standalone. But my guess is it will still be bundled. Maybe with more unlockable stuff in the full game version. Played the tutorial and a training match, plays pretty solid! Would like a MP Hunters touch control too though. But yeah, this could be a fun online competition game! Haven't checked how the matchmaking works, but would be nice to set up a N-Europe league for it! Nice surprise Nintendo!

Yes, was good to hunt with you guys! Thanks @Glen\-i and @Ugh first aid! I needed to catch up since all were HR2 and I was still lingering at HR1 online. Luckily the good folks mentioned above helped me out tackling a number of quests. We did the prowler ones, and took down a R. Ludroth, Tetsu, Gypceros and Kut-Ku. The last one got slaughtered pretty badly, with all of us unleashing some rad Hunter Arts while Ku was toppled. Insta-death for the poor fellow. Can't wait to get to the higher online quests for a bit more challenge, those hyper quests sound intriguing.

Just got off from work (bad day to have to work late) and still have to eat, so I hope I can still join soon but don't count on me too much!

I will be around at 7 (so that is 6 London time if I'm not mistaken). Will gladly join!
