So when is the next tales based podcast?

Lets put it down to the subbers having a break until the new year.

A nice meaty rpg, one that once you've played it you feel like you've had a 40 ounce steak.

I think I might try playing this on my new hdtv. If I don't get murdered on the way upstairs with the wii.

Looking at the screen shots, their soulless eyes, fills me with great sadness. I wonder if that conforms to haiku

I think Zelos got hit with the ugly stick. The new graphical art style hasn't been kind to him. Bring back the muddy look.

I use I.E 6 still because I don't find I.E 7 nearly as intuitive. It took me ages to find out how to get your history to come up on that thing. So I have a popup blocker for I.E 6 otherwise I use firefox

You never know it could turn out to be a big smouldering pile of turd, although that is probably more likely to happen to tos 2 than this. But I think they are tying to grasp the rpg market on 360 no matter how niche that may be, before Square do.

Something I would really like would be the ability to recognise tos gamecube save files to unlock things in game. For example say the ability to have Lloyd as a playable character only if you have a tos save file, or the ability to unlock items/ moves something like that would be cool.

Yup now its all point and click action all the way. Reminds me a bit of a ds rpg I'm playing at the moment, it doesn't have an overworld and I'd say for that reason it sucks. So hopefully not having one for tales won't hurt it.

The only problem I had with Connor in the past podcasts was that sometimes you couldn't hear what he was saying. Probably because his intenet connection / microphone wasn't so great, but the sound quality at the moment is just as good as any podcast.

I just listened to the podcast, and I admit I laughed a few times as I always do. Shame the part about ova 4 never came to light though, still no subs.

I was lucky to get a go on wii sports today, so I think I'll put off finishing Galaxy for January.

I was going to post my speculation on it being a 360 game yesterday but was way too busy to get round to it. If you think about it logically its not such a bad idea. Square enix already has a good footing on the playstation platform with the final fantasy series. Infact some people will be buying this console just for this game and they will feel that, that is money well spent. Now final fantasy isn't as prominent on the wii or xbox 360, but Square Enix are making some moves on those consoles with their games. So considering the two the winner will most likely be who can get their foot through the door first, and do it well.

Well some say from the 26th, but I think people will still be out cold from over indulgence the night before, so maybe 27th?

My fav quote from any n-europe podcast is when you say the line: "Just like in tales of symphonia when......." Although that died out after awhile. But I suppose there is only so much you can tell.

Just a note to say that subs for OVA 4 have been delayed because of the current christmas season.

I've had probably for a year now in my little sig section a protest for a Symphonia collectors edition for wii so I'm in on anything.

Bit torrent for the raw version is out now. Expect a subbed version by tomorrow night the earliest, probably by hg fan subs.
