I seen that last night and came within a hairs breadth of buying it. It was in the basket, details all sorted, one click away from being final. But I stopped because the whole time I was thinking about voice chat and how I said I'd make a stand about it, then saying just buy it and bombard them on Miiverse every day about it. I really like the game and still might give in. It's the only issue preventing me from buying it.

Me too. Shibata's pronunciation is atrocious. I know English isn't his first language but still. It's impossible to understand sometimes and absolutely butchers words at other times. Listen to his Yoshi presentation, ooolly oorld, cobbling up enemies, right blue, can't even make out what he says at some points(flat start?), anlavel(unravel), mennow mode(mellow mode), pray(play), yarm(yarn), ild(build) and when he said green it sounded like free.

Will online automatically be 200cc? It's going to make some setups virtually impossible to control I'd imagine. May need to prioritise grip and handling. And yes the Animal Crossing track looks gorgeous. I hope all the tracks are as nice.

The Japanese Direct was 51 minutes. Our disappointing Direct was under 41 minutes. A little more than 3 minutes and as I said before, point proven.

That poll should be on Miiverse. Only people who own the game should be allowed vote. It would avoid troll votes like Master Chief or Kratos. Super Smash Bros Wii U MEWTWO Trailer, LUCAS, New DLC & More I don't think they're doing the DLC anywhere near as good as MK8. I read a long time ago when the first DLC was announced for MK8 that we'd better get used to this because Nintendo couldn't sell the Wii U to a large enough market, they were going to milk the loyal fans that had bought the system and games. €4 for one character and another €6 for a few Mii costumes. Plus whatever else they have planned. There's no price on Lucas, he should be free. Why he wasn't there from the start was wrong.

200cc is great. It'll change things up a lot and change strategies. Overall though a really $h1tty Direct once again.

I haven't slagged Yoshi or Splatoon. Splatoon looks great, I'm not buying it though as I said because of no voice chat. Yoshi's Woolly World, I'll keep an open mind but we know very little about it.
