I've got mine through boxing training as I've been doing it for 2 years, but yeah I recommend doing crunch sit ups, running, and skipping. That'll tone it all up. I'd say my chest is more of a 'boxer's chest' with bulk rather than a skinny six pack

Been trying on eBay to get them as cheap as possible etc. I am trying to get: Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance (mainly) Four Swords Adventures Pikmin Pikmin 2 Donkey Kong Jungle Beat Killer 7 Chibi Robo Also looking forward to Baten Kaitos Origins and Super Paper Mario. :awesome:
