That's awesome! That's not... Seriously, Capcom?
-
Well, this is good news. Hey @Dcubed, we finally have Link on a motorcycle. Never thought we'd see the day, to be honest. The fact that it shows the content before it's released in the actual game is totally cruel though...
-
I know it was mentioned before, but the fact that Machamp is actually playable is pretty damn exciting. That Pokemon gets overlooked so much. But seemingly like a few other people here, it IS Tekken. And I am not the biggest fan of that series. I kinda find it hard to memorise complicated combo inputs. Take Soul Calibur 2, I bought that for Link, no other reason, he's the only character I ever chose, and I still couldn't pull off half of his moves by the time I finished with it. (Still had fun with it) Yes, I admit that's a failing on my part, but going by my past experiences on playing as that dino dude from the third one. (I think... I might be completely wrong on that) and a few games on 6, it's even more complicated! Probably won't buy this, I'll just hope that @Dcubed buys it and I can just play multiplayer with him instead. Arcade fighter single player modes tend to suck anyway. Do we really need more Charizard? REALLY!? I like Charizard as much as the next 90's kid, but jeez! Just once I'd like to see it left out of a game. Charizard is totally going to be in, and it's going to have that lame X Mega evolution and Y is going to be ignored... AGAIN!

I think it might just be a case of "It's easy, so it sucks"

Are you ever happy about anything? If that leak is legit, I will be more than satisfied with that roster. Even with the lack of playable Dillon. Greninja and "new character on the bottom row next to Pac-Man" make up for it and everything else is just gravy. (Also, I know it's a rumour still, but you could spoiler tag that, you know? It's plausible enough to be true, especially after Famitsu showed a room in the Tomadatchi Life stage that matched the one shown in the leak perfectly, 2 days after the leak)

None of these games were part of the ambassador promotion. Except maybe NES Donkey Kong. That GBA Fire Emblem is the one that came out before Sacred Stones.
-
I wouldn't wait until Smash Bros. Wonder how Kid Icarus would play with that.
-
You're horrible! You knew full well that's not available for purchase!
-
Suddenly, Fire Emblem! Cheap Fire Emblem to boot! So glad it's not Sacred Stones, I already have that on 3DS. Insta-buy! Hey @Dcubed, told you X and Y wouldn't get discounted. Surprised there's no Zelda or Metroid sales here.

Each to their own, but I prefer NPC to Temple. Anyway, forgot to mention Mario Bros. as a stage in Brawl that was intriguing. Ok, I want to point out that I do not think more = better. Anyway, Brawl had an adventure mode. Which I prefer to Melee's. Yeah, the story is dumb, (Although, I'm sure any gaming fan couldn't help but smile at some of the scenes. Snake and Lucario come to mind, along with Sheik drinking tea) and the setting can be drab, but the actual gameplay is top notch! Especially in co-op. Melee's adventure mode is just a glorified Classic mode with about 3 levels that aren't just straight up fights. (One could argue that it's worse than Classic mode, because at least it was a bit random with who you fought) Plus, having to do it at least 25 times really kills it dead. Oh, and while I'm at it, Brawl's Event matches are more fun, thanks to the co-op. Multi-man fights and Home-run contest also benefits from co-op availability as well. Brawl's Break the targets completely blows though, not gonna defend that.

I'll give you that, but maybe it feels like that because there are more stages? Wait, are there more stages? There were 31 in Melee, including N64 stages. I happen to love 75m, and I quite like New Pork City. I never quite understood why Temple was so loved, yet New Pork City is so hated. If anything, NPC has more going on thanks to the Ultimate Chimera. I'd like to add a few more stages that I think were quite interesting as well. Mushroomy Kingdom might look awful, but it's probably my favourite scrolling stage. Pirate Ship is also a lot of fun! Spear Pillar (Especially when Palkia is present. Suddenly, upside-down!) Pictochat is often overlooked, I find. Flat Zone 2 while I'm at it. There's probably more I'm neglecting to mention. But while there are a few stages that may be similar, but I'm sure Melee had a few stages that are quite similar.
-
As a whole, I think Brawl's stages are more fun then Melee's. But you know, opinions. You sure you guys aren't mixing up Brawl with Project M? And for the record, Brinstar (Melee) sucks. So disappointed that we get it again... (Instead of the far superior Brinstar Depths, that stage was fantastic)

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Wii U / Switch

Anyone who's played Archery in Wii Sports Resort can tell you that the Gamepad is no substitute... I am going to miss it. -
Fair enough... Worst one in Europe then. As much as I love Mystery Dungeon, even I could tell the WiiWare one was garbage just by looking at it.

For what it's worth, I think Skyward Sword is one of the funnest Zeldas. The Bow itself is immensely satisfying to control. DAT WII SPORTS RESORT CONTROL! -
Typical... You would play the worst one of the lot. I'd say try Explorers of Sky or Blue Rescue Team, but something tells me you're not gonna bother. The 3DS game only starts to get interesting about 2 thirds into the game. (I mean, all PMD games take a while before getting going, but this one took the cake) After that, it's quite decent, but then ends all too quickly. It does have the strangest final battle in all of Pokemon history. That's not an opinion, by the way. That's a fact.
-
OK, can someone please clarify that I'm not the only one who actually likes the games? Ranger is fun though. Even if it is too easy and can get a bit repetitive at times. I'd be cool with that.
-
Which is why most people think it's gonna be that Pikachu detective game. And we've come full circle!

I know, right? She even chose Greninja on Smash! The nerve... You're probably right, though. -
So you don't like Roguelikes? Understandable. PMD is considered on the more lenient side of Roguelike games as far as I know. And I don't think I ever spent more than an hour on any one dungeon in any of the games. OK, except the 3DS one. But that's more because of the atrocious text speed. And I like how unforgiving it can be. I prefer it to how forgiving it is in the mainline games. Where there are almost no downsides to losing, apart from some money loss, which has been lessened recently. The risk makes it appealing to me. Pretty much.
-
To reiterate my previous question. Why? I'm ridiculously curious now.
-
Really!? But... Why? FINE! I know it's a cheap WiiWare game, but surely... Surely, you can't want My Pokemon Ranch!
-
Well, opinions and all that. I still maintain that not anything would be better than PMD. But fine, I'm getting out the big guns. Let's all remember that this was a thing. Are you and Serebii saying you'd rather see another Pokemon Channel?

Please tell me you forgot about Pokemon Dash. Or that you didn't cover it or something! Yeah, it's not everyone's cup of tea. But I freaking love the gameplay!
