You'd think after the whole 3D World debacle, people would have learnt to not jump the gun?

Weird to think that you of all people have a Super Game Boy. Anyway, you already know how this is gonna turn out. Why set yourself up for disappointment?

I managed to win a Heroes Vs Villains one as Shulk (Because no-one ever plays as Shulk, so no-one knows how to fight him) I tried to taunt after getting K.O's, forgetting that it's disabled in matches with randoms. Why even play as Shulk if you can't tell people what time it is and how you're feeling about it? It's a neat feature. Although the prizes mean nothing to me as I already have all the spirits.

*Looks up from playing Final Fantasy III on my SNES Mini* Sorry, what? Well, if it does happen, I suppose I'll celebrate with an online 2-player, sarcastic clap filled Star Road run on Mario World (Because Mario World is totally a launch title for it, don't kid yourselves). Who's in?

I had a feeling you would have looked into this. To be honest, I never considered the possibility of stuff breaking during the transition. It would certainly explain a lot. Although if that were the case, I kinda wish GF would have been more upfront about it, instead of trying to claim it was something to do with balancing (Which I still think is baloney). I guess it'll be proven if the next mainline game after Sword/Shield comes out and suddenly allows for all Pokémon to be used.

On that topic, do you think Game Freak are starting to spread themselves too thin when it comes to developing Pokémon games? Obviously, I'm still upset about National Dex being annexed in Sword/Shield, but I'm starting to think that TPC might be more to blame than GF. Now, I'm not saying TPC explicitly said "Cut some Pokémon out of this game", but I feel like more could have been done on their part to prevent this.

Oh hey, @Serebii's maybe back! Can't be having me take all the "Massive Pokémon Nerd" credit, that would just be wrong. Here's hoping you stick around a bit.

A reminder that when there's an uneven amount of members on each team, the team scores are determined by average score instead of total score. Nominations are now closed. This shortlist has 17 games on it. All of them got at least 2 nominations. Voting must be done via Private Messages sent to me. This will help to prevent any possible tactical voting. You must choose 3 games and order them from your favourite to least favourite. It'd be great if you could explain why you chose a game in the PM. I can then use these in the article that will go up on the N-Europe front page. I will abstain from these votes and act as a tiebreaker. If two games tie, I'll decide which game comes out on top. Voting closes on the 17th of August. Yeah, I'm not quite getting that point there. Virtual Console sold plenty to warrant the effort. There's an audience for those games and it makes good business sense to supply that. But that's the thing. When you're not selling each game seperately, what's the point in getting lots of games out there quickly? That's why I think this subscription service has been so bare. The majority of people aren't paying the subscription for NESflix. They're paying for online gaming. Smash, Mario Kart and Splatoon are way more of a selling point.
