  1. Hi Glen-i, sorry if this is the wrong way, but I just registered and also verified by mail. But I can't reply to threads nor send pm's to the staff. What am I supposed to do so I can participate on the forums? Please could you help me out?

      Hi @Boci,

Can you please let us know a few more details about how you are accessing the forum? These details might help in solving the problem. Are you using a PC or a phone to access the forum? If you are using a PC, which internet browser are you using? And if you have an alternative browser, have you tried using it to see if the results are the same? Also, have you tried accessing the forum on a different device?

These are all the variables I can think of right now, being that you've signed up as normal and have completed the e-mail verification, there shouldn't be any reason why you can't post replies or send private messages.

We'll continue to investiage, but please let us know if you are able to post replies after trying any of the above suggestions.

      All the best,

      Sam

I am on a PC and using Firefox. But I already switched off Adblockers and also visited the site with Chrome. There is no button where I could reply to an existing thread or start one by myself :(

I also tried from a different PC. So I guess there must be an issue with the account itself somehow.

Ah OK, thanks for the additional information @Boci

In that case, it would appear to be an account based issue, but again, this is only hypothetical based on the information that is currently available, though I will see if anyone with the necessary access can look into it.

In the meantime, you could try making another account on the forum with a slightly different name, registered with a different e-mail, to see if the same thing happens, though I appreciate that this is not an ideal solution, it's just that I can't personally guarantee any time-frame or a solution to the problem with your current forum account.

This is as transparent as I can be, as I don't know anything for certain, beyond that there appears to be an issue, though I don't know if it will be straightforward to fix, or if it's even possible.
