Well I finally bought an Xbox 360. It became a little more expensive than I thought, £230. But with that price Gears of War, Lost Planet, Dead or Alive 4 and Splinter Cell: Double Agent was included It will arrive around thursday~friday this week. Can't wait!

The box is getting some really nice RPG's the upcoming months.. This, Blue Dragon, Mass effect, Fable 2.. All looks like grade AAA games. <borat> iis niiicee </borat>

I'm sorry to say this but are they feckin serious? The Wii got shitty ports already, why more? (NOT saying that RE4 is shitty, its excellent). I wouldn't even touch this is it was in the bargain-bin. I've finished the game 3 times already on my cube, why waste another 40-50 quid on a 2 year old game?

Sweet. I've placed a bid on it, it may rise a little but I could go up to £200-ish for it Long time since I played games really.. I actually think the last game I BOUGHT Was Resident Evil 4 on the gamecube.. Other than that I've only played some PS2 games over at my brother..

I'm thinking of buying a 360. What games could you guys recommend? (I'm not really into sports, car games and WW2 shooters)

This new Nights game looks beautiful. Is it confirmed to be a Wii exclusive yet? Really hope that is is.

Hmm.. Dunno what the hell to do. Im so split in between only getting a Wii and / or PS3. But now I started cheking out the 360 as an alternative and there are a pretty nice bunch of games that im interested in (Gears of war, dead rising, lost planet, oblivion .. to name a few) and on internet auction, it's a pretty dang cheap console...

I'm really interested in getting a Wii (yeah i know, still not yet, but next month.. I swear!) but the PS3, sadly, seems to be the better choice future-looking wise. I'm a Nintendo fan but I might purchase a PS3.. too. Not instead of a Wii, but a PS3 too. Maybe. Gah.. i dont know..

Since I havent played the PS2 version, I really hoped the Wii version to be good. And it sounds great. Will get, just lets hope that Scarface will be as good!

I hope the controls are pulled off well here, it would be really sweet slinging the web flinching the nunchuk and wiimote. Nice boxart too.

Love the movie, haven't played the PS2 version but if this one scores food in reviews, I'll definately pick it up.

Despite being an awesome console, I could see that the Wii is semi-dead in around 2 years cause of the lack of online play. The 360 and PS3 will have a huge boost in this area when Nintendo will be miles after. The online functions for the DS was a step in the right direction but the full-fledged experience sucked, imo. Nintendo takes huge risks by having a motion-sensitive remote controll scheme but can't get the thumbs outta their asses and make online gaming a normality (which it pretty much has on the 360).

Sah-weet! I loved Vectorman and Vectorman 2 on the MD. Cool games with sopme of the best 16-bit gfx, at least what I've seen.

Indeed. WHat the fuck is up with these kind of graphics? I swear, the 3rd party developers are being payed by Sony to make the Wii games look as shitty as possible. Either that or they've had an aneurysm at the graphics department.

It's confirmed then. On a diffrent subject, a given VC title is Mutant League Hockey and Mutant League Football on Genesis / Mega Drive. They may've been on SNES too, but I only played it on MD. Such a classy game. 2 player frenzy in hockey. Whoo!

I've never been much of a fan of "serious" racing games, such as Gran Turismo, but I've always loved such ones as Sega Rally 2, Crazy Taxi and Burnout. Arcade style racers have been more my cup of tea. Excite Truck should be pretty alrightey then?
