Why would anyone wanna cook in a cartoony video game? Go to the kitchen and cook a nice dinner, a one that you can enjoy and taste.

If this is what the third party support for Wii will look like I'm seriously worried.. Seriously, Silent Hill 2, which was like a release game for PS2, looks better than this. Bleh.

No, but the biggest gripe being the dongle, which isnt a good solution for a next gen online service.

I highly doubt that e'll ever see a 'big' FF entry on Wii (and by big I mean the latest real entry in the FF series) but I damn hope that the FF:CC game is a real treat.

If the Wii gotta use the WiFi dongle I won't be playing online. The fact that my comp must be on and that I must use that shitty thing just make me sick. Nintendo - come up with a better solution with online gaming or fucking scrap the whole thing. Seriously, every online feature for the DS is more or less half-assed, don't deny it. If it's the same solution for the Wii it's gonna be crap too.

How come that all the HUD / Stat info in the games looks so cartoony and really unattractive for the wii? (Except Zelda, but I'm mostly talking 3rd party devs.) Anyone else noticed this?

Plug the console in, adore it abit. Then I gotta try out Wii Sports for a while and then play the game I'm bought with the console. Twilight Princess I reckon.

I think that the scenery that was there was perfect already. Blood would've ruined that for me I think. Ganons "Ugh.." sound or whatever he 'says' and then turns into stone is epic. Blood would just've looked out of contex there, wierd as it may sound. Imo anyways.

I haven't pre-ordered the Wii and nor will I. My economy is down the shithole right now as I've spent far much money over my budget. Bought a new clock for $1595 yesterday for example. But I'll definately have it before christmas.

The end battle in WW was truly epic. Link trusting his sword into Ganons head.. I was like when that happened..

It's not like the Wii will have uber crappy gfx. The graphics will improve by time, the first PS2 games ddn't look THAT good and now they look pretty damn good. Just look at recent crap such as Killzone, god of war etc.. beautiful gfx. So far I can't say that I'm displeased with Wii's graphicsl improvement since I know that it'll be the weakest of the 3 competitors in that department but I'm happy with what I've seen in games that I'm really interested in. Such as Super Mario Galaxy, Metroid Prime 3, Red Steel, Zelda:TP, Excite Truck etc.. I totally understand your feelings - and your rant, but I bet that when you're sitting there in your cough with the Wii-mote in your hands and fires up a game for the first time, that you will feel that the gameplay is the most important thing.

You know that the game is shit when one of the launch games on the Cube had ALOT better gfx than this. (Talking about Rogue Leader, it was around the launch if i dont remember wrong?)

I'm not really a Harvest Moon fan, don't own any of the current HM games, but I've played a PS version at a friend. The Wii version however, looks super. I love the graphics and I think that even if they're not mind-blowing, they still feel 'next-gen'. At least to me.. I'll check it out closer to it's release whenever that is.

The friendcodes is one reason why I don't play online on the DS. I got mario kart, animal crossing and mph but I don't find it enjoying when you gotta have a 12-or whatever digit number to play with a friend. If the Wii's using friend codes - it's likely that I won't play online.

According to IGN, this is the official Zelda boxart. But I doubt it since the gold one is in the add and plus it's rated. The gold cover is so much nicer too.

When playing Zelda, it morphs Link back to his original home - his mothers womb. Or not, I don't know.
