I know this has been mentioned before; but now the Wii Channels and such have been released, it made me wonder even more about how the Wii will actually connect to the internet...Especially if you don't want any hassle...

A) If you have a wireless router

- search for Wireless. Connect to router you want (enter network key if necessary)

- If that doesn't work, enter some details about your router, then connect.

B) If you have a Nintendo Wi-Fi Connector Dongle (Im guessing the DS one will work - as it's official name doesn't actually have "DS" in it...but don't take my word for it)

- Search, connect

c) If you have none - Not entirely sure, all I know is you'll need some USB attachment. It depends whether the Wii has a built in broadband modem, or If you'll need your own USB modem. I'm also guessing you'll be able to connect it to a PC via a network cable (with a USB attachment) to connect to the internet through that.

it would have to be wireless to work in its full effect due unless your PC in on all day with the USB dongle. you can pick up a decent router for 50 quid so shouldbe fairly easy to sort out

The Wii's networking should be far more advanced than the DS one and should therefore work well with far more routers.
