khan Posted June 15, 2006 Posted June 15, 2006 I did not want to create a new thread so i would post it here. http://www.maxconsole.net/content_img/partialwiilistgames1.jpg here is a partial wii game list. according to maxconsole it has come straight from nintendo press center. A soccer game is listed from Konami...here's hoping it's Winning Elven
Teppo Holmqvist Posted June 15, 2006 Posted June 15, 2006 here is a partial wii game list. according to maxconsole it has come straight from nintendo press center. That list is from Nintendo's E3 press kit and is little out of date.
mcj metroid Posted June 15, 2006 Posted June 15, 2006 is this all true.Id love a far cry and price of persia and as for the other game list i believe madal of honour is the only shocking one but its medal of honour vs call of duty.I wonder whats going to be better?
Nintendork Posted June 15, 2006 Posted June 15, 2006 That's stupid. Far Cry was pretty good I heard.. as long as they don't go overkill with bringing out 2 year old titles.
darkjak Posted June 15, 2006 Posted June 15, 2006 GT and Far Cry would be interresting... The Wii lacks racers so far.
nekunando Posted June 15, 2006 Posted June 15, 2006 I'm interested to see what control scheme different companies will adopt for their racing games. We have all seen how Excite Truck will control, and I'm sure many other racing games will be like this or something similar. Sorry if this is off topic, but maybe some of you will remember the control method I suggested for something like Excitebike (or maybe even Wave Race) but for some reason, Road Rash has just come into my head and I was thinking how maybe the bike could be controlled (as 'normal') with the Analogue Stick while instead of pressing a button to knock your opponents off their bikes, you swipe at them with the motion sensors in the Wiimote and Nunchuck (depending on what side they are on) Again, apologies about the location of this post and it's irellevance to this topic. In relation to those game announcements though, I'm really glad to see Prince of Persia there and another racing game (GT) seemingly at launch. I am always a little concerned of there being a bit of a dearth of racing games on Nintendo Consoles that appeal to the masses since the N64 era, although with F-Zero, Wave Race, 1080, Mario Kart and V-Rally I have been more than satisfied.
DiemetriX Posted June 15, 2006 Posted June 15, 2006 Some guy on GAF said these appeared on some sort of release list. I'm not going to belive his list just jet. But I will live in Hope
DCK Posted June 15, 2006 Posted June 15, 2006 Far Cry and Prince of Persia  That's fantastic... I'm loving Ubisoft at the moment
Hellfire Posted June 15, 2006 Author Posted June 15, 2006 Believe me, if GAF trusts him, it's because he already proved to be reliable. I wonder how PoP will be?
