Cube Posted December 11, 2020 Posted December 11, 2020 A new 2 player co-op from the people who made A Way Out. Looks fantastic. Also, after Tell Me Why causing a song to be stuck in my head, I was quite surprised that this actually uses the song that shares the same name.
Cube Posted March 25, 2021 Author Posted March 25, 2021 Played a few hours with my fiancée, absolutely loving it so far. Gameplay is extremely varied, while each new gameplay element is still used in different ways. Feels like I've already encountered many cool and interesting things. It also seems like the gameplay is different for each person, as you get different abilities in each section. We're definitely going to be playing the game as the other characters. Graphics are really nice, with lots of cool little details, and lots of fun mini games for a bit of competition every now and then. 2
Cube Posted March 28, 2021 Author Posted March 28, 2021 Another couple of nights playing, both loving it (apart from one really cruel moment). Found a really cool Easter egg, I bet nobody here can recognise the reference Spoiler 1
Aneres11 Posted March 28, 2021 Posted March 28, 2021 This game looks like great fun! I recently played A Way Out with @LegoMan1031 and we both really enjoyed it. This, apparently, is meant to be even better. Read IGN's review last night and they were glowing about it. Can't wait to play it. 1
Julius Posted October 16 Posted October 16 Damn, didn't realise this thread was hardly utilised – anyways, It Takes Two has sold over 20 million copies. Mental. Hopefully we get something on Hazelight's next game at the TGAs this year?
Shorty Posted October 21 Posted October 21 An amazing game that's on a long list of co-op games I've never finished. I'm not sure I'd want to call it too long because that's a disservice to the huge amount of work and care that's gone into it, and it never really drags or sacrifices quality/mixing up gameplay. But it definitely keeps going and going further than you'd expect.
