Chaps,

I'm after a new MP3 player. Been looking at a few different ones and at the moment the Creative Zen Style M300 is taking my fancy.

Anyone have any recommendations? Are the Sony walkman ones any good? what about Sandisk?

Only things I'm after are:

No apple

Small

8GB or more

Video not overly needed

Creative one up above seems the best match for me at the mo....

Cheers

Sansa clip zip. Tiny little power house, I have the older version that I use in the car and the gym. Supports expansion by microSD and has great battery life.

Just read a review of the creative and it needs to copy data from the card to internal storage to play it. Clip doesn't have that problem.

Being the idiot who's answering a question not being asked, but why not just use your phone?

I listen to music a lot and would rather save my phone battery for errr phone things like draw something.... :hmm:

Lol, I thought that might be the case. Tbh I'd probably listen to music more if I had an mp3 player too, though at the moment when I'm feeling musicy I just carry my usb charge cable like everywhere.

I'd certainly consider this Sansa thingy though, when I was younger the one thing I wanted more mp3 players to have was expandable memory!

Coming from someone who uses Creative tech, they do great MP3/Media devices. Great battery life et all, and most come with the X-fi tech. It's similar to Beats in a way, it enhances the playback of music.
