Ashley Posted April 20, 2011 Posted April 20, 2011 More info may help Version of photoshop? What were you trying to do? What were you doing in PS at the time (i.e. lots of stuff open)? A quick google suggests it happens with CS2 a fair bit and the solution seems to be...to upgrade.

Although I just restarted (yes, you would have thought I'd do that first) and it is working now. :p
Shorty Posted April 20, 2011 Posted April 20, 2011 What version of photoshop is it? It makes a difference because latter versions make more use of your GPU's memory. If you get the message again, I would consider a RAM upgrade. You will probably find it improves general use of your computer too.
Wesley Posted April 21, 2011 Posted April 21, 2011 Edit>Preferences>Performance Take a screen shot, it'll show us how much RAM you have and how much you're letting Photoshop access.
ReZourceman Posted April 21, 2011 Author Posted April 21, 2011 Not sure if it matters now as it seems to be working fine. (Thanks for the help anyway though folks) Its CS2 innit.
