theBLUEBIRD Posted July 12, 2012 Share Posted July 12, 2012 Fuck Yeah!! The Day of the Tentacle, one of the games that defined my childhood and helped me to learn English. Hah, awesome! DOT is one of the best cartoon adventure games I ever played. And still today, it ranks very high on my list of favorite games! And speaking of learning English.. My first meeting with adventure games was those old AGI graphic games with text based actions. Like "Police Quest 1", "Leisure Suit Larry 1" and "Space Quest 1-2". And speaking of time-traveling.. It took us ages to figure out some of the stuff, especially how to steal the horses teeth. Maniac Mansion also holds a special place in my heart. I loved trying to microwave the hamster.
