Its an amusing situation though, developers always say "Its ready when its ready", publishers just set a date, and rarely change it because of bullcrap "marketing tactics". HG/SS have been instock in my friends GAME for about a week and a half now, FFXIII had a similar scenario, having them 3 weeks before release. Posted March 17, 2010 Well, I have got the game now decided to ditch the dull boring FFXIII for a while, Pokemon Soul Silver so far is an awesome game, feels really smooth (I only have Pearl version) But it's really good, first time I have played the silver/gold version so I have been really looking forward to it ^^ Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Posted March 19, 2010 I think that if, in addition to the four normal move slots, each Pokémon had an additional HM slot, that might work. So even if you had a team of six, you could still have all eight HMs - six in the extra slots, and just two taking up space in the normal move slots. Though that still wouldn't do much to solve my current problem of Gyrados being the only one of my current team being able to learn the three water HMs.. Just caught Ho-oh this evening, in the nick of time - if the ball I used to catch it hadn't worked, he would have KO'd the final Pokémon on my team! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

They can't legally break release dates, so would probably despatch next working day orders on Thursday and the 1st and 2nd class orders on Wednesday. That's how they did it when I worked at Gameplay. It will be interesting to know when yours will be despatched. 1st class is always 1 day unless you live in Scotland or somewhere else far away from the warehouse and there's no need to sign for it. Posted March 20, 2010 I wouldn't say that was true at all. 1st class can reasonably be anything upto a week (and I don't know if 1st class is the same as 1st class recorded, but 1st class recorded is anything upto 28 days) If 1st class takes longer than 5 working days, you can make a claim with the Royal Mail as its then considered lost in the post. 1st class recorded is the same as 1st class, but signed for. When you put something in the post, it will go to a sorting office and then they will send it off to whichever local depot it needs to be sent to in order to be delivered to your door.
