Guest Maase Posted June 24, 2008 Posted June 24, 2008 ... Sorry, i expected something like, being in space, and seeing ships and killing them, and when they go after you, you'l have to click a button to dodge... After seeing those videos, im sorry for saying what i said before. Hum, if a new Star Fox comes out i'l gladly buy it.
Foxfear Posted June 25, 2008 Posted June 25, 2008 As the title says: What would you want in a new Star Fox? Since the rumours about a new Star Fox are alive again (maybe they'll reveal the tip of the iceberg at E3), I wonder myself what could be improved from Lylat Wars (please no Star Fox Adventures and/or Assault-ish sequels, although they were quite fun). First thing up is fullfledged online multiplayer, preferably with 8 player support (including deathmatch, capture the flag, etc.) And of course co-op!!! Second: Some new vehicles wouldn't hurt, the submarine was cool, and hopefully finally being able to drive the Great Fox! Third: maybe an RPG element where you can 'Pimp your Starwing', or a mode where you get points for nice/simultanious kills AND where you actually can do something with them e.g. buying new weapons, weapon combos, etc. Fourth: A new story line, since Andross is dead and the Aparoids destroyed, de Lylat system screams for a new enemy/storyline idea: A rupture in the space-time continuum appears and the present Star Fox members team up with the ones from the past icluding Peppy (yay: Do a barrel roll!!), Fox' father, etc. I think all of this is idle hope, but hope nontheless:heh: What do you guys think about this?
LazyBoy Posted June 25, 2008 Author Posted June 25, 2008 Seriously mate, just a little way down the page of the Wii discussion. Not even a week old yet. Edit: Oh and welcome and all that.
Zechs Merquise Posted June 26, 2008 Posted June 26, 2008 er... remake the N64 one, that was PERFECT, actually no, it was nearly perfect. Add a level select and it would have been perfect.
Ten10 Posted June 27, 2008 Posted June 27, 2008 Perhaps some afterburner climax style boosting. They can't keep calling that little engine fart a boost anymore.
