I'm missing the last 2 treasures and the stars to escape in a set time limit/earn enough cash. The only way to do this is to use the cannons to fire yourself up and out the tomb dash across those exploding blocks and then may a blind jump into a cannon and hope you don't hit the wall. The secret levels arent hidden randomly or unlocked randomly. If you are in the area where the map is hidden then you just do a ground pound to get it to appear.
