Haver Posted November 8, 2005 Posted November 8, 2005 We are go! http://www.childsplaycharity.org/ Make a kid's Christmas, forumites. Even if it's a fiver, it all counts. (I presume clicking on London will allow you to buy presents for kids who're staying at Great Ormond Street. It's not working yet, but you can still donate via paypal or to one of the American or Canadian hospitals.)
CVD Posted November 8, 2005 Posted November 8, 2005 London doesnt count for the entire population of the UK. Get some Scottish representation in there and I'll re-consider.

Being serious for a moment, if it's a specialist kids hospital the stuff's going to I'd imagine it'll be one that takes kids from all over the UK, probably even the world.
Haver Posted November 9, 2005 Author Posted November 9, 2005 And even they don't, which they do, it's pretty wack not donating due to nationality or race or whatever.
Hellfire Posted November 9, 2005 Posted November 9, 2005 Child's Play is awesome, the folks over at PA should get a Nobel or something. OK maybe not, but its pretty great. People usually dont expect gamers, specially the ones running a site like PA to do things like this.
dukkadukka Posted November 9, 2005 Posted November 9, 2005 Ther eare no selfless good deeds thanks for that. haver, do you know when the london donations will be up and running?

Wow Imagine injured scottish kids and they need money for medical help, and people outside scotland just go they're not from my area so im not helping them, if everyone thought like that everyone who cant afford help will probably die.
Haver Posted November 9, 2005 Author Posted November 9, 2005 thanks for that. haver, do you know when the london donations will be up and running? I'm not sure I went for the paypal option instead.
Meik Posted November 9, 2005 Posted November 9, 2005 Just donated a tenner, like I have done for the past 2 years with this thing.
The3rdChildren Posted November 9, 2005 Posted November 9, 2005 I'll be donating too. I know Colin is a bit confused about this whole hospital thing, since all they do in Scotland is give a sick person whiskey... and then some more whiskey.
