Alright people, how you all doing?

I've been plannning on buying a drum set for years now but I haven't really bothered until now. I have come across a drum set which not only looks but sounds sounds great but the thing is, I know nothing about music at all apart from good songs from bad ones. :p

So yeah, I need some help.

These are the drums that I want and I shall be paying in monthly installments - at least £50 if not more.

So, really, i want to know your opinions. The reliability of the website. If I am able to buy better drums for the same price if not for less. Does it come with all the essentials? As I can only see 2 symbols/hi-hats/toms, aren't there supposed to be three?

Thanks.

Looks good to me, if your just starting then that is all you need, a base drum, tom toms, crash smbyol, hi hat and snare drum.

cool, cool. I can play the drums, well a few beats and a few fills but thats it lol.

So, can anyone tell me if the website is reliable? They want me to pay through paypal, seems strange, no?

Sweet. I been playing drums since earlier this year. That kit is fine, better than mine anyway, I have the same stuff but I believe Ludwig is of superior quality of my Performance Percussion. I just got the cheapest kit my music shop had since I had only been playing 4 months.

Hopefully I will be getting a double bass pedal for christmas, I can't really play much metal without it :(

That is a pretty good deal. I would love to own a Ludwig, so i envy you. :P

Although, if you're worrying about the drums now, wait til you start looking at cymbals. The prices of them will absolutely kill your bank balance. ;)

Ok, I have a question regarding pedals of the double bass variety. What is the difference between single and double chain? All the pedals i've seen have looked the same to me so far.
