( and as i am a student - be easy on the prices - tho i would like decent one)

oh and im also in the market for a new keyboard and mouse =)

EDIT : the hardrive is a dell if that matters!

My Dad just bought that one off amazon (a week ago). Its a good monitor, not too expensive and a great response time aswell (5ms).

Hope that helps.

Lack of DVI makes it lol worthy in my eyes. I'd say if you're buying a new monitor you may as well have one with it.

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Hanns-HW191D-LCD-Silver-Black/dp/B000GYHS6Y/ref=sr_1_1/202-0057575-3483829?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1184895780&sr=1-1

Cheaper, plus DVI, and has a lot of recommendations at overclockers.

I bought that monitor about a year ago (not the widescreen version) and i have found no faults and would also recommend it.

Any of the 19" monitors recommended here look like great choices. I love mine :)

What... I love it when they come up to me. Because half the time you know more than what they know so you embarrass them.

Yeah... I'm nasty as shit I know.
