khilafah Posted November 20, 2007 Posted November 20, 2007 May get the Japanese Wii version but why no DS game this year? I thought the DS game was better than the Wii version no doubt! playing with Stylus felt much better than using Wii controls.
omnia Posted January 30, 2008 Posted January 30, 2008 I want this game, annyone got anny news on a european relase?
ShadowV7 Posted January 30, 2008 Posted January 30, 2008 After the fiasco of the last game I have no idea. Wouldn't surprise me if it was during the summer again.
Hellfire Posted January 31, 2008 Posted January 31, 2008 After the fiasco of the last game I have no idea. Wouldn't surprise me if it was during the summer again. Fiasco? Why? It wasn't an expensive game and it sold about half a million if I remember correctly.
DazzeL Posted January 31, 2008 Posted January 31, 2008 I think Shadow's referring to the rediculous delays. As for a release date I, of course, don't have one. However Eurogamer has recently reviewed this and Fire Emblem and akaik they only review PAL versions of games, hence why their reviews always coincide with a European release. Maybe this hints that both these games are coming to Europe very soon?
omnia Posted January 31, 2008 Posted January 31, 2008 Im thinking realy hard about this, i dont got the first one but I want to wait for new blood. 2 player and 16:9 sounds like great improvements, but is it worth the wait.
ShadowV7 Posted January 31, 2008 Posted January 31, 2008 Fiasco? Why? It wasn't an expensive game and it sold about half a million if I remember correctly. As DazzeL said, just to do with the dates. We were to get it at launch, then January, then no release for a while, then July, then finally August. Aren't we supposed to get Fire Emblem in March sometime? Hopefully TC will be about then aswell.

AshMat Posted February 1, 2008 Posted February 1, 2008 The DS Version's really pissing me off, i do a whole surgery, only for the bandage to refuse to apply itself. How is the Wii version of Under The Knife?
DazzeL Posted February 2, 2008 Posted February 2, 2008 Owen, how do the high score wifi features work in New Blood? I've been trying to find some specifics as it's one of the things that's drawing me to this game as they're well suited to it.
ShadowV7 Posted February 2, 2008 Posted February 2, 2008 The DS Version's really pissing me off, i do a whole surgery, only for the bandage to refuse to apply itself. How is the Wii version of Under The Knife? The bandages are easy to put on in the Wii version. I've had no hassle with it so far.
Fierce_LiNk Posted April 16, 2011 Posted April 16, 2011 Megabump. Activated! Bought this for a fiver recently. Absolutely adore it. I tell you something, the co-op is frantic. I tried it with Ine yesterday and we were shouting commands at each other and giving each other instructions. It did get really tense at some points. "Ok, you need to drain this bit. I'll get the scalpel." "Sure...shit the blood keeps coming!" "DRAIN DAMMIT. DRAAAIN!"
LegoMan1031 Posted April 17, 2011 Posted April 17, 2011 Yeah this was good. Although it gets quite hard and i never completed it. I tried going back on it the other day but i cant carry on from where i am as the later levels require you to know straight away how to deal with each infection etc etc!
ShadowV7 Posted April 17, 2011 Posted April 17, 2011 I really enjoyed the co-op in this. Some challenging stuff in there, but screaming what to do instead of being professional was all sorts of fun. Good laughs if anything. Especially when someone doesn't know what tool to use after being told, and ultimately killing our patient I tried to play this again at the start of the year, but there's no way for me to get homebrew in my Wii just now.
