Raining_again Posted May 5, 2007 Posted May 5, 2007 Ok, as the title would suggest I have one, and its been giving me trouble. The joystick is very unresponsive. (actually... no, most of the time it doesn't work at all) I've sent it off with the shop once before, and they sent it back. That was fine 'n dandy, worked better for a while, then now its back in the same situation. Do i have any rights to getting a WORKING phone?! I'm on a contract with 3 mobile. Any advice would be appreciated.
Guest Jordan Posted May 6, 2007 Posted May 6, 2007 This the exact reason i got a w810i over a k800i, the joysticks are just plain awful. My advice? Send it back and ask for a totally different model.

(go figure) I've had it since October last year....just about 6 months. They updated the firmware on it, and i have a bad feeling its slowed it the hell down, which really isn't helping with the initial "broken joystick" issue. (aren't these things supposed to be an improvement?!) I feel like ringing the helpline/going into the store and giving them utter hell.... Caris you did not. lol
