I'd recommend Hercules in New York with the non dubbed original Arnold Schwarzenegger voice. He speaks in his distinctive dialect but in English instead of German - highly hilarous and pathetic at the same time. Josh64 Posted January 21, 2007 Share Posted January 21, 2007 Don't lie awake trying to get to sleep any longer than 30 minutes. If it goes that long, get up. Do something quiet and non-stimulating. When you feel tired again, go back to bed. I usually have trouble sleeping. Some days i'll lie awake for hours in bed and end up being way too tired in the morining. My problem is anxiety (sp?) and the best thing to do is to think about something else. That's where my DS comes in useful,(I know your not meant to watch TV etc... as it stimulates the mind but it works with me) I play AC for about 45 mins (yeah, it still takes a while, and Nooks is bloody closed xP) and I end up tired.
